About You

Reporting to the Manager, Application Services you will offer a minimum five years’ experience in software quality assurance, with 3 years in a leadership or senior QA role.

Overall responsibility and accountability for the development and institutionalization of the quality, risk, and compliance (QRC) program of our APAC Work Dynamics business in close coordination with Workplace Management, Markets, and Regional Operations. As part of the mission, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to work in our Singapore Laser Manufacturing facility in Kaki-Bukit, Singapore who can drive improvements in the quality and reliability of fiber based and solid-state laser products and production processes. This role will have responsibility for developing, maintaining, and improving the Quality control systems and processes for a variety of critical laser systems as well as leading by influence to drive quality within the culture of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Quality engineering support for manufacturing and project management
• Develop inspection requirements; facilitate PFMEAs; resolve discrepant material issues and create and maintain quality documents such as control plans and inspection plans
