Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage end-to-end customer complaint processes, including acknowledgment, SAP system updates, continuous tracking, closure, and monthly summarization for reporting purposes.
- Conduct in-depth tracking of supplier quality through incoming inspections triggered by customer complaints or as required.
- Demonstrate familiarity with and adherence to international cable testing standards and procedures.
- Update SAP system with inspection results, ensuring the release of lots aligns with defined usage decisions.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries, including Product Test Reports, RoHS, REACH, and CE compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or an equivalent field.
- minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in electrical/electronic product testing and qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a range of laboratory equipment, including calipers, visual scopes, resistance checkers, and high voltage testers.
- Proven ability to address immediate issues independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
