We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Total Quality Management (TQM) Specialist to join our team. The TQM Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving quality management systems across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring that all processes meet quality standards and regulations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate TQM Activities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of TQM initiatives across the organization.
• Support cross-functional teams in implementing quality improvement projects

Support Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

• Provide training and support to employees on TQM principles and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Collect, analyze, and report on quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management.

Communication:

• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment on quality goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and English-speaking stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Certification in TQM, Six Sigma, or Lean is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing TQM systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of TQM principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

This position is an entry level to the audit profession, being supervised and reporting to the team leader of the audit engagement. 1. Support team leader in the audit process to ensure tasks assigned are executed diligently in accordance with the requirements.

3. Flag out issues to team leader timely to proactively seek for resolution. This includes consult when in doubt.

4. Produce clear and concise documentation of work done and diligently resolve review points raised by the team leader.

This position is a level transitioning from junior to senior role of an audit engagement. For more complex engagement, you will be one of the team members who can execute work competently and confidently with minimum supervision from the team leader. For non-complex engagement, you will have opportunities to take charge of the engagement for the entire audit process thus building your foundation to progress to the next level.

Specifically, you will:

1. Be a strong support to your team leader in the audit process to ensure tasks assigned are executed diligently in accordance with the requirements.
2. Provide timely update on job progress and follow through assigned tasks to completion.
3. To coach and lead junior staff to execute tasks efficiently and to uphold audit quality.
4. Flag out issues to team leader, manager or partner timely to proactively seek for resolution. This includes consult when in doubt.
5. Produce clear and concise documentation of work done and diligently resolve review points raised by the team leader, manager or partner.

· To support Automation Engineers in automation projects required computer network and security system.

· Responsible for computer network and cloud system integration

· Simple programming and troubleshooting on computer network and security system
