Duties of Quality Assurance Engineer:

• Assisting in the research and development of Cement-based mortar formulations, including assessing alternative raw materials.
• Conducting tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
• Validating product performance against industry standards and internal evaluation criteria.
• Ensuring products meet local regulatory standards.
• Providing manufacturing support, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Offering technical service, product trials, and training.
• Maintaining lab safety standards and workplace security.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Details:

• Monthly Base Salary Range: Up to $5500

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Process Engineer and the Engineering team to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Develop detailed documentation outlining inspection criteria and quality plans.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with QA, process, and product teams to proactively address and resolve quality concerns.
• Perform thorough quality control audits throughout various stages of production.
• Maintain stringent quality standards to ensure all products meet required specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in electronics product manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, as well as FDA regulations.
• Familiarity with IPC requirements in PCB Assembly and knowledge of quality standards for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining components.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers in China, addressing quality issues, implementing corrective measures, and establishing robust quality control protocols.

• Monthly Salary Bracket: Up to $5500 (Base Salary)

Primary Duties:

• Foster interdepartmental collaboration to ensure thorough understanding and compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Lead quality audits to ensure their efficient execution.
• Develop and implement crucial procedures and processes.
• Continuously assess the suitability of the Quality Management System and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive training on ISO13485, ISO14971, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820, with provisions for refresher courses as needed.
• Plan and coordinate external audits, including those conducted by customers, ISO certifications, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide guidance and supervision to team members, ensuring timely and accurate completion of quality initiatives.
• Support plant-wide audit and inspection activities, as well as special projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Profound practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems, especially ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Proficiency in establishing control systems required for ISO13485 & FDA registered facilities.
