Note: This role requires frequent travel and will be based in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of proven experience in quality management, particularly within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as TS16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Experience collaborating with counterparts in China/Taiwan.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be based in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year (separate living accommodations provided). The role includes annual 4 round-trip tickets to Singapore.
