1. Salary range: $2200 - $2800
2. Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist in administrative and process on non-conformances for ISO and GMP.
• Liaise with all departments for any ISO and GMP documentation.
• Liaise with departments on any change of documents, corrective & preventive action
• Ensure all documents follow the requirement.
• Liaise with consultant on ISO process, documents and requirement matters.
• Source quotation for any purchase of equipment for ISO and GMP requirement.
• Filing, typing, printing and destruction management, quality support and overall productivity
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Business/Administration
• At least 2 years of working experience -
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervise
• Knowledge in GMP and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 will be advantageous.
