Major Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership for the Supplier Quality team as a senior specialist in the absence of the manager and Supervisor
• Ensure compliance with applicable company's policies, processes and procedures, contributing to the execution of strategies and oversight of Supplier Quality programs
• Execute and provide oversight on procedures to ensure that incoming materials including raw materials and commodities received at our Company to meet approved company policies and processes.
• Manage investigations arising from materials nonconformity with cross functional team.
• Serves as the primary contact to review and follow up on Supplier Qualification documentation (e.g. Approved Supplier Lists, Quality Questionnaires, customer complaints, Supplier packages etc.) and activities (e.g. supplier audits, supplier review, supplier change notification etc.)
• Prepare, maintain and facilitate review of the GMP documentations (Quality Technical Agreement and Internal Quality Technical Agreement)
• Coordinate site supplier quality issues (such as deviations), audit assessments and subsequent follow-up actions.
• Support global supplier quality team initiatives or other site improvement projects. Perform review/audit of Incoming material inspection package which includes receiving, sampling and testing compliance. Completion of Incoming Raw Material checks and release and the administration of Quality Logs, e.g. QA Hold.Review / Approve material master data set up for new material introduction.
• Support the Supervisor to analyse and review performance measurements of the Supplier Quality Management business processes and CAPA systems.
• Provide QA oversight for materials reduced testing program
• Responsible to provide relevant quality metrics (Trackwise system: Exception module) reporting in Quality Management review.
• Lead, coordinate and drive cross functional teams/projects where necessary.
• Provide support for regulatory inspections (where necessary) without impacting daily operations
• Support the Supervisor to manage, supervise, guide and develop Specialists within the department to ensure competency for their respective roles and responsibilities, including timely completion of training in appropriate procedures.
• Promote and follow safety work practices in the workplace
• Maintain high levels of Customer satisfaction by positively managing internal and external relationships
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Supplier Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities:

You will perform Weight & Balance responsibilities for departing flights from Changi International Airport as well as departing flights from other international airports around the globe. Your essential roles are to ensure that the structural weights of an aircraft are within its safety parameters and that each departing flight is in "trim" and balanced within the centre of gravity. You will also be responsible for the completion of the Loadsheet and its related Weight and Balance documentation in accordance to IATA rules and regulations, handling pre-load calculations, load distribution and planning, timely issuance of loading instructions, and timely presentation of loadsheets to pilots before flight departures.

Job Summary
