As the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance with ISO22000 for our central kitchen, supermarket counters and trading business under the subsidiary company.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Compliance Management:

• Oversee and implement food safety and quality management systems in accordance with ISO22000.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all food safety and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

3. Training and Development:

4. Incident Response:

• Establish and implement effective procedures for handling food safety incidents and product recalls protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certification in ISO22000.
• Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the sushi and sashimi production industry.

RESPONSIBIITIES & DUTIES

* To design, write & troubleshoot machine electrical & control systems for factory automation, smart-factory technologies as well as AI platform.

*To design and perform detailed designing for machine electrical control systems for Factory Automation, Smart-Factory Technologies, Machine & Equipment Manufacturing.

*To write Programmable Logic Control (PLC) program for automatic machine control & processes. Preferably, with Industrial PC (IPC) programming experiences too.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Perform analysis and tests of drug products, raw materials, in-process materials, release test samples, stability samples, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance with established specifications.

EDUCATION:

This position reports to the Markets Control Assessment & Testing Head, within the COO’s Controls Testing Utility. It is a strategic- and execution-oriented management position that is accountable for operational controls performance assessment and assurance for Markets controls as well as monitoring and testing tools. This includes the design and execution of control assessment processes, results reporting, and insight sharing related to the above scope of controls assurance activities. The role is focused on Markets controls to manage Compliance and Operational Risks but will operate as part of a team responsible for control assessment and assurance of all other Markets controls and controls owned by the Markets business segment. Job Purpose

Support all activities in maintaining a QC IPCDS lab in BioPharmOps QC. Testing of in-process control & drug substance samples, to support production needs and document in accordance with written testing SOP’s and in accordance with local/ international regulations.

• Maintain QC IPCDS laboratory in full cGMP-compliance.
