1. Ensure all fabrication work is done with acceptable quality by daily monitoring include inspecting according to specification, procedure and applicable standards.

Competence Requirement

Position Overview:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of construction materials, processes, and workmanship throughout a project. 1.Min. 10 years experience in engineering, maintenance and project execution in controls, electrical and instrumentation in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries.Knowledgeable in DCS, SCADA, IPS, PLC, Interlock Logic Diagrams, Instrumentation Loop Drawings, Electrical Drawings, P&IDs.Competent in handling Honeywell (EPKS) Experion PKS (including back-up restore, HMI Web Builder, PAS Plant State Suite Alarm Management System, Corworx Software and Maximo/SAP.

The Job

1. Data Protection Compliance:

• Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining data protection policies and procedures.
• Ensure organizational practices comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

• Help update and maintain records of processing activities (ROPAs).
• Assist in mapping data flows to identify risks and gaps.

3. Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs):

• Support in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new or existing processes.

4. Training and Awareness:

• Help coordinate data protection training sessions for employees.
• Develop awareness materials on privacy and data security practices.

5. Incident Response:

• Assist in responding to data breaches, including investigation, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure incidents are escalated to appropriate teams when necessary.

6. Auditing and Monitoring:

• Assist in internal audits and drills to identify data protection compliance gaps.
• Provide administrative support for external audits.

7. General Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of all data protection-related activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Any other tasks as assigned by ADPO/DPO.

The Person

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline, preferably Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably undergone Fundamentals of PDPA and/or Practitioner Certification in Personal Data Protection.
• Experience in compliance/audits especially data protection compliance.

The Loan Control and Reporting Team is responsible for ensuring the accurate administration and reporting of loan portfolios. This role involves maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing internal, regulatory & HO reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

-Ensuring efficient execution of offshored processes, overseeing service level agreements, and quality standards:

• Develop a robust transaction monitoring and reconciliation mechanism where adherence to service levels and outliers can be identified and resolved dynamically.

• Manage exceptions in transactions and report irregularities to Management promptly.
• Ensure preparation and submission of internal, Head Office and regulatory reports to relevant parties is done within allocated deadlines.
• Initiate process improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee preparation and management of productivity matrixes and capacity model.

-Provide subject matter expertise towards projects initiatives.

-Lead management reporting and data analytics initiatives in the department.

-Initiate ideas towards digitization/paperless processing.

-Assist and support corporate clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience:

• Coordinate communication between Shared Service Centre and relevant stakeholders to efficiently address customer queries.
• Devise a framework to monitor customer service standards and initiate continuous improvements.
• Develop strategies to maintain customer service-related data and drive data analytics.
  Contribute towards new product initiatives by reviewing product papers; provide expertise on process design and risk controls.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Loan Operations and reporting
