Membership

• Manage the Star Alliance Membership Portfolio of Full Star Alliance Members, Connecting and Intermodal Partners.
• Manage the implementation of business objectives and governance guidelines into day-to-day processes with the members.
• Prepare and conduct the Membership Liaison and Quality Committee, a key governance forum
• Management of Expert Communities in cross-functional business areas (Data analytics, Marketing/Brand, and commercial functions)
• Coordinating the full lifecycle management of Star Alliance members, from new carrier integrations, lifecycle, and exits of members.
• Planning membership entry and exit projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain collaborative working procedures between Members and the Star Alliance management organization.
• Manage and develop the intra-alliance collaboration tools (Today: StarDesk), including Vendor, IT, procurement, implementation, and lifecycle management.

Business Development

• Manage the overall implementation of business-related compliance requirements for the Star Alliance Members.
• Manage the implementation and distribution of the annual release & publication of Star Alliance Core Values & Standards and the Customer Reference Guide

Quality Management

• Continuously monitor compliance adherence by Star Alliance members through central measurements and annual audits.
• Conduct the planning, organization, reporting and follow-up of member airline audits and passenger journey inspections.
• Continuous review and improvement of the Core Values & Standards, compliance management, and audit concept.

Your Profile

• University business degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Overall knowledge of the airline & aviation industry in strategic areas, airline corporate functions, quality management, and airline-industry related business functions.

Overview:

In this role, you will be the expert in planning, implementing and ensuring compliance with ISO standards at all levels of the company. You will be required to maintain documentation, conduct internal training and audits pertaining to ISO standards adopted by the company. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, good written and communication skills and adopt a mindset of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in implementation of ISO and Halal standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000)

• Plan and conduct bi-annual internal ISO audits

• Ensuring compliance and preparation for external audits

• Assist in and conduct in-house training of staff (e.g. personal hygiene and food safety, workplace safety, fire drill briefing and new employee onboarding)

• Conduct daily audit on personal hygiene, food quality, food hygiene and employee safety at central kitchen (including vehicles)

• Conduct personal hygiene, food quality, food hygiene and employee safety audit at all outlets (island-wide, transportation provided)

• Assist in product development projects (E.g. packaging materials, raw ingredients, processing equipment and etc.)

• Assist and develop SOPs and checklists for central kitchen and outlet

• Assist in application or renewal of food shop licences and Halal certification

• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Culinary Science, Quality Assurance or related field

• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

• Basic knowledge in FSMS, HACCP, QMS and Halal Certification

• Preferably 2 years working experience in QA or related field in F&B industry

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading root cause analysis & corrective action in nonconformance part investigation
• Responsible for establishing quality inspection plans, COC, procedures/ work instructionsHandle customer/supplier/ internal CARs
• Responsible for planning, coordinating & performing internal audits
• Responsible for performing gap analysis on standards revision and revise procedure/ work instructions
• Responsible for attending to customer/ supplier/ internal /certification audits & technical queries.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Metal Machining Industry
• Experience in using measuring instruments such as caliper, bore gage, micrometer etc

Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaising with production side on the investigation of root cause of non-conformance and procedural failures
• Responsible for reviewing and approving required specifications and revisions in documentation prior releasing for production or customer
• Responsible for conducting process audit and internal quality scheduled/unscheduled audit
• Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline
• Min 3 years of working experience in CNC/ Precision/ Machining Industry

• Perform quality control checks of all products to ensure that they meet the requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured inspection plans and collaborate with cross functions to improve tests and inspections
• Responsible for estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating customers’ escalations and feedback as well as investigating the causes of non-conformances and to implement solutions
• Responsible for initiating corrective actions for procedural, product or process deficiencies and handling of NCR/MRB/DMRB disposition, working with internal teams and Operations to look into Root Cause and Corrective actions (RCCA)

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant
• Min 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry in Quality
