Requirement

Import and Export Management

• Prepare and liaise with warehouse team on export procedures e.g. placement of temperature data logger device.

Vendor Management

• Perform basic troubleshoot and liaise with external vendors for routine servicing and issue follow up e.g. pest control, cleaning chemicals, weighing scale, metal detector, microbiological laboratory.

Customer Management

• Provide support to customers’ request e.g. questionnaire, product specification, shelf-life lab test reports.

Training

• Support quality systems, including On-the-floor quality oversight, deviation management, change control and ensure that the systems are managed in compliance with cGMP expectations
• Review and approve minor deviation, change controls, and other quality records such as electronic batch records, SOPs, logbooks and work orders
