As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVM QRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. You will be required to summarize lab analysis results at the electrical and physical level to identify root cause and establish an associated containment plan. • Understand customer complaint of the memory component failure

• Identify potential risk to external customers

Qualifications and Experience
