Supporting Fare System Manager for system security and system assurance of the public transport Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system. The executive shall work with team on activities related System Assurance & Planning, Change Management, Data Management and System Compliance (cyber-security), End-User System Support (System Defects & Process Management).

Responsibilities
· Support internal/external system audit activities and requirements
· Working with first line maintenance for issues arising from systems, reports, parameters, access, connection, security, data, business rules defects & fare related incidents (Perform Level 1 investigation & liaising with Maintenance Contractor for L2 investigation/rectifications)
· Supervising the reporting data team for data back-up, recovery & housekeeping
· Coordinating with external parties (PTO, TL, LTA) & internal parties related to Fare System matters.
· Managing Fare System user access control and administration
· Managing system change management and implementation.
· Managing Fare System documentation and compliance records.
· Investigation & statistical analysis for system prediction & investigations
· Prepare presentation to management on issue and fare system related matters.
· Prepare to learn and master Fare System
