The APAC Head of Risk, Regulatory and Controls is a senior 1st line of Defence (1LOD) role accountable for leading technology risk reduction strategy and protecting the Bank’s Licence to operate through compliance and adherence to technology regulations across the 14 APAC countries managed by the APAC Country Technology Management (CTM) division.

This includes proactive risk management and timely resolution of risks and regulatory issues, leads problem solving for complex issues, ensures regulatory compliance, deploys and/or enhances risk management related processes, and promote sustainable approaches to risk and regulatory resolution together with senior and global functional stakeholders. Your key responsibilities:

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 10 years of total working experience, with at least 6 years in technology risk and / or regulatory management
• Proven track record with Technology regulatory adherence / assessment and Technology Governance
• Strong understanding and/or familiarity with APAC technology regulations related to financial institutions (e.g., MAS, HKMA, RBI, BNM, OJK, etc.)
• Proven track record with any of the following:
