· To lead and manage a team on quality assurance in a fast pace semi-conductor industries.

· To take ownership for technical transfer from Head Office (Japan), new products testing; as well as assisting customers during material evaluation and qualification phases, and provide solutions on technical and quality matters on the products.

· To work closely with Head Office (Japan), including Global Quality Assurance, R&D team, Manufacturing team, Engineering Team, Sales/Marketing and Supplier Chain team in achieving towards customer satisfaction.

1. To work closely, especially with Japanese group customers (necessary to communicate in local Language), in the establishment of suitable material configurations and specification, to meet their expectations and requirements and providing technical support as necessary.
2. To conduct experimental research on properties on products, as well as in-depth failure analysis and testing to facilitate root cause investigation for total improvement

Job Requirement:

- Degree / master in Polymer / Material engineering / Applied Chemistry / Engineering

- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in semiconductor industries (with at least 5 years in managerial position), and must be familiar with characteristic of epoxy molding compound for IC encapsulation, epoxy glue for die attachment, lid attachment, sealing.

- Requires detailed knowledge about ;

1) Reliability requirement for power device, automotive semiconductor.

2) Composite material between organic and inorganic.

Responsiblities

Education:

Diploma in a scientific discipline or possess equivalent experience or higher.

Experience:

· Five years’ experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical laboratory environment

· Have experience with lab equipment such as HPLC, ICP, FT-IR, UV Spectrometer and environmental monitoring sample testing.

· Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Working Conditions:

Work is generally performed within an indoor laboratory environment with adequate temperature. Skills:

• Create test cases based on user stories or functional specifications.
• Conduct manual and automated testing (if applicable) on software applications.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure that the delivered system meets the performance requirement.
• Identify, track and retest bugs.
• Report testing progress to the project stakeholders.
• Provide support for User Acceptance Test.
• Work closely with the project team to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives, and to ensure that bugs reported are fixed within the timeline.

Prerequisites:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or its equivalent.
• Must have at least three years of software testing experience in web-based applications.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (i.e. Gitlab or Jenkins).
• Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks (i.e. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium or Cucumber).
• Experience with API testing as well as integration testing with external systems.
• Experience with open-source performance testing tools (i.e. JMeter, K6, Gatling or Locust).
• Proficiency in programming languages (i.e. Python, Java or JavaScript).
• Working experience in an Agile environment will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• To drive and advocate continuous improvement in testing practices and tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Certification for software testing (i.e. CTFL, CTAL, CSTE, CSTP or CSQA) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Documentation and Quality Oversight:Revise, review, and approve SOPs, MBR/EBR, and QO documents.
   Provide quality guidance and support to the manufacturing team, addressing quality queries and issues.
   
2. GMP and Compliance:Conduct quality oversight activities, including GEMBA and GMP walks.
   Adhere to and enforce cGMP and regulatory requirements, especially for FDA and EU compliance.
   
3. Qualification/Validation Support:Perform IQ/OQ tasks and assist in validation activities including Data Integrity, Analytical Instrument Qualification, Analytical and Microbiology Method Validation, and Critical Reagent Qualification.

You should be conversant with North Indian Cuisine; both tandoori and curries. We specialize in traditional recipes and styles of cooking.
