As a FECOS Inventory Control – Probe/PC at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the FECOS Probe team and PC (Production Control) team. These teams are primarily responsible to help to improve Probe and Non-Productive Wafers (NPW) Operations planning and execution within the tactical horizon window.

You will be responsible for collaborating with Front End Manufacturing Inventory output and Probe stakeholders to deliver probe tactical solutions and BKM sharing across the network as well as management of NPW to meet output plan at lowest cost. Responsibilities and Tasks

Performance Management

· Drives Micron Behaviors and FE Central team competencies.

· Ensure clear direction, performance goals, job profiles and job expectations are established for all Team Members.

· Complete written evaluations and a mid-year check-point for each direct report once per year. · Ensure alignment of WW Production Operations to close gaps to benchmark in cycle time. Work in close partnership with MFG sites and supply chain to install correct countermeasures and insure their continuity into the future.

· Develop and track metrics regarding Fab Production Operations performance. Ensure plans are in place to drive key factory metrics to industry-leading performance.

Tactical Leadership

· Conduct ongoing metrics reviews of critical group deliverables to business. • Conduct assessment and review on supplier qualification, performance and process capability
• Ensure supplier quality issues are deal with, analysed, improved and follow through
• Collect, handle and follow-up on customer feedback/complaints
• Support internal, external and customer audits
• Evaluation, verification and validation of new parts/samples
• Establish and maintain inspection criteria for incoming, in-process and final products
• Identify quality issues, NCR, CAPA handling and drive continuous improvement
• Authorize the release (COC) of products, COA review & approval
• Monthly data analysis on product quality and quality objective
• Review and approval on DHR
• Participate in new projects, commercial product quality management and control
• Drive change management and control
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant subject area with 2 years’ experience in medical device QA and/or RA
• ISO 13485:2016 certified internal auditor will be advantageous
• Familiar with quality control tools
