As a Quality and Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all products and operations within Project WATT meet regulatory requirements and quality standards. Our client, a Fuel Management Services is a leading marine fuel logistics, and they supply and market bunkers to all types of vessels are hiring HSEQ Executive qualified as an internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

Job Purpose:

Assist in driving Operational Excellence initiatives, quality management and continuous improvements in processes and performance. Provide and support on the Health, Safety, Quality and Environment aspects and risks associated with the Company’s assets, operations and activities in terms of Industry best practices and compliance with relevant applicable Regulations and Company Standards.

Job Requirements:

• Team player, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Minimum Specialist Diploma in HSE related discipline or other relevant Marine discipline.
• Min 2 years relevant experience in HSE particularly in Marine/Shipping/Ship repair industry.
• Possess strong passion in HSE
• Good interpersonal and presentational skills and be able to build relationships with external partners.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good written English and verbal communication skills.
• Occupational health and safety training and practical experience in HSEQ related tasks.
• Preferably has good knowledge of ISM and ISPS codes, incident investigation techniques and risk management.
• Preferably qualified as an internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of safety management documentation.
• Perform and manage document quality check in accordance with company’s document control procedures in an ISO certified environment. Identify and report compliance issues.
• Ensure all reports and correspondences are completed on time by functional departments across the company entities.
• Monitor all HSEQ programmes, maintain and prepare required status reports and tender document.
• Participate in incident investigations, ensuring that reports with root cause analysis and lessons learned are uploaded to company’s database.
• Assist in developing and distribution of the internal and external Health and Safety Alerts and Incident Management information.
• Contribute to the continual development of a positive safety culture.
• Engage in internal office and vessel audits to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Participate in external audits and assist in organising management reviews.
• Monitor and maintain fleet HSEQ statistics and customer satisfaction index.
• Any other related duties that may be required by HSEQ Manager.

Survey Experience Quality Manager - Call Centre, Up $7K

Location: Near to Clark Quay MRT

Working Hours: 8.30AM - 6.00PM (Monday - Thursday), 8.30AM - 5.30PM (Friday)

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Project Director supporting in attaining holistic Service Levels for various assigned matrices.
• Manage a team to achieve operational objectives through workforce planning, setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), execution, and contingencies.
• Provide strategic plans to synergize mailboxes and escalation management to attain timely and professional deliveries with articulacy.
• Plays a pivotal role to work with the various survey managers to drive quality standards and service excellence throughout inbound and outbound workforce.
• Align objectives and setting expectations with Stakeholders on realistic Service Levels versus email volume, timeframe, and other correlating factors.
• Handle internal and external escalations via investigations, incident reporting, findings and providing de-escalation solutions.
• Perform service recovery calls/emails as needed for de-escalation.
• Determining call quality and standards via call audits and calibrations.
• Evaluate and improve current email templates for continuous improvement.
• Ensure team is fully utilized during lull period by initiatives to support continuous productivity.
• Timely reporting to management team and stakeholders
• Conduct coaching and mentoring to the team to improve knowledge, skills and attitudes.
• Conduct year-end appraisals and identifying talents for retention and recognition with Talent Management team.
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in related fields.
• Equipped with at least 5 to 7 years in quality service experience with 2 years of managerial expertise.
• Prior work experiences should encompass service deliverables and performance attainment indexes.
• Those without the academic requirement but possesses relevant experience will be considered.
• Applicants with call centers, statistical and/or large data processing background will be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint due to intensities of reporting and communication plans.
• Articulacy is imperative for day-to-day operations.
• Able to communicate effectively and manage different hierarchies in internal and external environment.
• Persevere in a high pace setting and possesses the ability to innovate and craft contingencies to cope with high volume influx to attain service deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect outgoing parts and incoming sub-contracted parts according to established procedure / specification of inspection and carry out incoming process inspection
• Authorise the rejection of parts if found unsatisfactory
• Authorise the release of conforming parts to be sent to the store for subsequent delivery to customers
• Perform factory routine test and check of switchboards completed in the workshop
• Testing and commissioning of switchboards on board vessels or on-site to the satisfaction of customers; and attend to warranty claims / quality complaints
• Maintain good housekeeping in the QA department
• Observe and adhere to safety rules during the performance of every task
• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to problem detected
• Control further processing and delivery of non-Conforming products until the deficiency has been corrected
• Follow the procedures of Quality Management System for effective implementation and control
• Carry out other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superiors
