About The Role

• Experience with contract testing frameworks such as Pact.js.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

SQP oversees critical and non critical supplier mainly mechanical parts in. SQP is responsible in leading before and after FAS (First Article Submission) qualify and monitor quality performance of new / existing suppliers and ensure uninterrupted supplies of materials and services. He/ She should be able to foster close relationships with suppliers and partners and be able to communicate their value to the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and Drive First Article Submission for new and existing supplier

Supplier Quality Professional develop Quality plan such as Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Manufacturing Process Plan (MPP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) to new supplier. Perform supplier audits such as QMS, Process and HSE. This will involve visit/audit and assessing their capability and FAI. SQP shall work with Sourcing and Engineering, to engage and educate suppliers/sub-contractors.

2. Lead quality performance review

Worked closely with suppliers, to monitor conduct audit for vendor performance. Conduct in process audit and drive for closure of audit findings and continuous improvement and reduction of COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality). Lead the discussion with the suppliers and ensure timely response is executed to deliver result to our internal customers. Guide Procurement and team for supplier performance review process.

3. Supplier Development.

SQP shall drive for vendor development, identify and develop new special process to meet turnkey objective and reduce leadtime of supplier.

4. Analyse supply market.

SQP shall propose and execute creative ways to improve supplier process which creates financial value to the organization.

5. Maintain good relationship with stake holders and customer/s

SQP maintain good relationship with stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering and Quality. Work with cross functional teams in resolution of process and quality issues related to design, application and manufacturing process. Develop quality consciousness and impart application of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D.

6. Develop Product Quality Control Plan

SQP shall also be in charge in developing Quality Control Plan according to the requirements of the customer. He/She shall ensure that required processes and documentations and surveillance points are identified in the QCP. He/She shall liase closely with the customer during development of the new QCP and revision of the existing QCP and its approval (internal and Customer).

7. Customer /Third Party Inspection coordinator

SQP shall manage Customer and Third Party inspection of products/parts. He/She shall ensure that each Quality Control Plan activity which requires surveillance points are monitored and conducted accordingly. He/She will liase and communicate closely with the internal and external customers to ensure that TPI inspections are executed according to the plan schedule.

8. Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.

QUALIFICATION GUIDE

1. Education : Minimum Degree in Technical/Engineering course preferably Mechanical

Engineering

2. Communication : Fluent both in oral and wriiten English communication

3. Experience : Minimum 5 years of working on the same field . Experience in Oil and Gas

manufacturing is an advantage.

4. Experienced as Internal Auditor or Supplier Auditor is an advantage

5. With API or ISO Certification is preferred

Responsibilities:

Training

• Provide regular training and guidance to the operations team on quality standards and best practices.
• Foster strong learning partnership with stakeholders by supporting stakeholders learning needs with departments' learning strategies.
• Initiate discussions with stakeholders on learning needs analysis and design training programs aligned with departments' learning strategies and organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead the curation of training materials including online resources and external training programmes.
• Lead learning partnership discussions within inter-team based on collated post training evaluation and feedback.
• Document learning resulting from use of the knowledge management systems, report activities and capture information in a systematic manner.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of different service channels, to ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits, prepare quality reports, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain quality control policies, training materials, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify root causes of process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in new and improvement initiatives for the contact centre, to deliver above beyond service standards.

Data Analysis

• Analyze evaluation data to identify trends, recurring issues, and performance gaps. Use insights to create targeted reports that highlight areas needing improvement.
• Go beyond surface-level issues by investigating root causes, helping departments understand underlying factors contributing to quality gaps.
• Work closely with the operations team to share analysis results, co-develop relevant training content, and align on measurable goals for improvement.
• Establish initiatives for continuous improvement, supporting a cycle of feedback, action, and reassessment. Develop action plans and follow up with departments on progress.
• Gather additional feedback from TMs and Customer Satisfaction Surveys where feasible, and integrate findings into the quality assurance analysis.
• Conduct regular meetings with the management and operations team to discuss findings, track improvement efforts, and refine the focus for future evaluations.
• Develop a dashboard or regular report system that provides business units with easy access to quality metrics, trends, and improvement status.

Other Information:

• Monthly basic salary range of $3,000 to $3,200
• 5.5-days work-week including Saturday (on rotation basis)

The purpose of this job is to assist the Company with the quality assurance activities on an ongoing basis. The role entails a variety of responsibilities, such as:

• Perform incoming material (e.g. cement, sand, etc), in-process and outgoing materials(UHPC Quality Mix) inspection activities according to the QAQC procedures and plans to ensure compliance with ISO and in-house standards.
• Operate and maintain QAQC laboratory equipment properties (e.g., TGA, BET, PSA, SEM, XRD, sieve analysis) to ensure optimal performance for analysing material, manage the safe storage of hazardous materials, and assist with periodic quality audits.
• Preparation of sampling list for weekly production and maintain the consumables inventory item at laboratory.
• Collect samples for incoming raw material quality checks.
• Manage retention samples, including proper labelling and organized storage.
• Maintain laboratory premises and equipment in accordance with the Company’s standards.
• File & maintain product inspection records.
• Perform 5S and laboratory housekeeping.
• Support the company’s research and development initiatives.
• Execute any additional duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned.
