About the Position

Credit Control Executive

• Follow up and communicate with customers.
• Review and process new account applications.
• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in system
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with sales department to address overdue issues.

As a Service Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that services meet the established standards set by ISS and the client.
