Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains the Company Integrated Management System, ensuring all business processes are documented, have a designated owner and a plan for their maintenance, aligned to Survitec strategy and associated accreditation and/or regulatory frameworks.

- Perform internal audit procedure and schedule as per Department audit plans, to include the audit Scope, Objective and Criteria. Deliver the audit report including findings; agree on corrective actions with auditees and refer findings to the Manager.

- Investigate non-conformances using current and appropriate methods, systems, and procedures, taking action to solve immediate compliance issues.

- Identifies shortcomings in quality processes or outputs, identifies root cause and works with internal stakeholder to adjust processes or working practices to remove or mitigate any production quality issues; uses established change management programs to address issues and deliver sustained improvements.

- Attend aviation related training and create/refresh and update on internal company aviation training notes.
Conduct internal company training as per aviation requirements.

- Implements systems to ensure compliance with QHSE policies, group and Customer requirements; ensures audit, inspection and risk management are adhered to and embedded throughout the system.

- Document control system management, revision and updating.

- Defines and communicates the processes and schedule for audit, working with colleagues from the Quality function to ensure all supplier, operational, technical, health, safety and environmental audit activity is carried out as planned.

- Leads and participates in quality, non-conformance and customer complaint investigations.

- Provides written reports on audit and investigation findings, implements and monitors CAPA and improvement actions. Ensures findings are reported and escalated appropriately.

- Works with Survitec QHSE colleagues to develop tools and dashboards for the statistical analyses on which recommendations for improvement are based. Ensures outputs from QHSE reporting tools and dashboards are communicated to and understood by the business.

- Inform manager of audit findings and compliance issues, including capability gaps, workflow issues or matters requiring quality development or improvement.

• Establish IT Control objectives aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS TRMG, BNM RMIT) and the bank’s internal IT procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s IT Governance policies and procedures, initiating support initiatives to strengthen the governance framework. This includes conducting system risk assessments with IT system owners for enhancements or new system onboarding.
• Collaborate with APAC branches to standardize processes and procedures, reviewing IT-related documents such as Procedure Manuals and Guidelines.
• Conduct regular compliance checks on IT controls in Project Management, IT Security, and Operations, identifying and remediating non-compliance areas with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement IT improvements for enhanced productivity, controls, and efficiency.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Identity Access Management (IAM), designing and implementing a comprehensive framework covering identity management, access control, and privileged access management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technology teams to ensure adherence to IAM policies and procedures, including user access management, identity verification, and security controls.
• Oversee the implementation of an effective IAM toolset (e.g., SailPoint), ensuring appropriate access provisioning and timely de-provisioning, along with periodic reviews to prevent unauthorized access.
• Review and assess user access matrices (UAM) for systems, ensuring proper segregation of duties in collaboration with IT system owners.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in IT Governance and Control, ideally within Financial Services.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in IAM and IT Auditing preferred.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Identity Access Management, particularly in system and user access control management.
• Ability to identify risks in processes and develop effective control measures.
• Solid technical and functional knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, with practical application experience.

About the Position

SRS is currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and capable Security Control Center Supervisor to join one of its most prestigious contracts in Singapore. The selected candidate will be exposed to a high-performance environment that is fast-paced, and dynamic; supporting the round-the-clock operations at the dedicated APAC Security Control Center.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the ASCC Manager and work in a team of other Supervisors, Specialists, a Security Systems Supervisor and an Intel Analyst.
• Oversee workflow, monitor and account for performance of ASCC Specialist.
• Exercise level of leadership, management and supervision.
• Ensure all functions of the APAC Security Control Center are carried out in an efficient and effective manner whilst providing maximum security support.
• Manage and coordinate security communications operations ensuring that security procedures are implemented and followed as per the ASCC Procedures (SOPs);
• Ability to perform well and maintain a high degree of professionalism and service on a routine basis, during emergency situations or under extreme pressure;
• Coordinate the daily development and dissemination of intelligence and operationally based reports to support our Global Security and regional business partners.
• Support 24/7 scheduling and coverage for the ASCC;
• Coordinate and support emergency and crisis management assets providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise;
• Liaise with Regional Security Managers, Regional Intel, Regional Ops, Risk and Crisis Management and all other required company personnel to ensure that all relevant security information is disseminated in a timely manner.
• Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of all ASCC programs and procedures;
• Partner with and communicate with global security partners to conduct tactical security assessments as required, and where necessary provide feedback on proposed mitigation strategies for country and regional specific threats;
• Execute the design and implementation of project related security strategies, security policies/ standards and establish a concrete course of action for their implementation and review;
• Provide support by monitoring open sources for breaking news and current events that affect the company, its employees, and guests across Asia Pacific.
• Liaise with regional security partners to ensure that training procedures and policies are implemented within acceptable standards;
• Maintain close links with key stakeholders to ensure that all projects are implemented with the highest degree of professionalism safety and security;
• Offer management and tactical guidance.
• Support development of policy, procedures and protocols for future ASCC operational and technological integrations.
• Serves as the first responder for information by assisting employees domestically or internationally with security- or travel-related emergencies;
• Have a full understanding of the functions, roles and systems used at all sites, such as Security, Incident management & escalation, CCTV, etc.
• Provides excellent support to regional guests and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by ASCC Management staff or other approved Global Security management.
• Assist in the effective implementation of the regional employee travel safety and security program.
• Ensures proper distribution of notification via our Emergency Mass Notification System (i.e. Everbridge).
• Work as part of a rotating 8-hour shift schedule and ensure continuous functioning of the 24/7 center.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with or in a Communications or Operations Center related operation
• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Strategic/Security Studies, Political Science, Business or a related discipline, or any closely related field of study
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Supervisory experience in a related field desired
• The ability to receive and relay direction, and have ability to multi-task and coordinate several incidents at once
• Experience in report writing which may include incident/event analysis, regional risk and business impact analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel including key company executives
• Strong service/interpersonal skills especially during times of crisis
• Strong interest and familiarity with international current events
• Familiarity with tools such as Everbridge (VCC), Intel tools, access control and surveillance tools, etc. is strongly preferred
• Ability to make critical decisions, prioritize issues and initiate appropriate response with minimal supervision
• Sense of urgency in a 24/7 work environment for quick response to critical developing issues
