Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst who are passionate about improving the quality of the services. The QA will be part of an in-house team tasked with developing and maintaining the system.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain test cases, test plans ensuring that they are up to date with requirements and policy changes
• Create, maintain and improve the automated test framework and test environments
• Conduct testing on new features and file defects
• Perform various tests such as manual/functional/performance/exploratory tests support UATs
• Assist in resolving production cases
• Participate in all agile ceremonies

Requirements:

• Degree in software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or Infocomms-related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation
• Strong understanding of testing techniques
• Strong understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Experience with various testing tools will be an added advantage:
• Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks (i.e. Robot, Appium, Selenium) or Enterprise level testing tools (e.g. HP Mobile Center, HP UFT, HP QC, Sprinter)

Responsibilities:

As the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance with ISO22000 for our central kitchen, supermarket counters and trading business under the subsidiary company.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Compliance Management:

• Oversee and implement food safety and quality management systems in accordance with ISO22000.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all food safety and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

3. Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver training programs for operation staff at the central kitchen and supermarket counters on food safety protocols and best practices.
• Keep the team informed about updates in food safety regulations and industry trends.

4. Incident Response:

• Establish and implement effective procedures for handling food safety incidents and product recalls protocols.
• Conduct thorough investigations into any breaches of food safety standards and recommend corrective actions.

5. Supplier and Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials used in our production processes.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers based on established criteria.

Qualifications:

• Certification in ISO22000.
• Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the sushi and sashimi production industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
