As a QA Lead, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance for Manabie's Salesforce and ERP systems. You will design and implement testing strategies, manage the QA team, and ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and performance.
Your expertise in Salesforce, Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP), and ERP workflows will be critical in shaping our testing processes. This is a leadership role where you'll contribute to the development process, enhance testing capabilities, and mentor the QA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for Salesforce and ERP systems.
  Oversee end-to-end testing processes, ensuring coverage of all functionalities, workflows, and integrations.
  Manage and validate Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP) testing.
  
• Test Execution and Reporting:Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Qualifications

• Experience:At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce and ERP systems.
  Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing, including customizations, workflows, and integrations.
  Familiarity with Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP).
  
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) and frameworks.
  Knowledge of API testing and performance testing tools.
  
• Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Assist in implementing and managing food safety programs (HACCP & ISO 22000) and quality assurance initiatives across both the Central Kitchen and outlets, locally and internationally.
• Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and proper food handling practices.

Microbiology and Biochemical Product Testing:

• Perform EM such as active air sampling, surface and passive air samplings, plate readings and inspection of cleaned facility and sterilised equipment
• Responsible for planning,monitoring and approving microbiological testing
• Perform method Qualification,validation and product testing (e.g. sterility and endoxin) to support QC lot release.
• Perform stability testing of released final products as per protocol and timelines.
• Support assessment of certification/accreditation and services provided by external labs for QC testing.

Deviations, Change Control and Audits Management:

• Support deviations (e.g. test OOS, EM excursion) initiation, investigations and root cause analysis for product defects and quality lapses.

Equipment and Lab Management:
