About the Position

SRS is currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and capable Security Control Center Supervisor to join one of its most prestigious contracts in Singapore. The selected candidate will be exposed to a high-performance environment that is fast-paced, and dynamic; supporting the round-the-clock operations at the dedicated APAC Security Control Center.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the ASCC Manager and work in a team of other Supervisors, Specialists, a Security Systems Supervisor and an Intel Analyst.
• Oversee workflow, monitor and account for performance of ASCC Specialist.
• Exercise level of leadership, management and supervision.
• Ensure all functions of the APAC Security Control Center are carried out in an efficient and effective manner whilst providing maximum security support.
• Manage and coordinate security communications operations ensuring that security procedures are implemented and followed as per the ASCC Procedures (SOPs);
• Ability to perform well and maintain a high degree of professionalism and service on a routine basis, during emergency situations or under extreme pressure;
• Coordinate the daily development and dissemination of intelligence and operationally based reports to support our Global Security and regional business partners.
• Support 24/7 scheduling and coverage for the ASCC;
• Coordinate and support emergency and crisis management assets providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise;
• Liaise with Regional Security Managers, Regional Intel, Regional Ops, Risk and Crisis Management and all other required company personnel to ensure that all relevant security information is disseminated in a timely manner.
• Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of all ASCC programs and procedures;
• Partner with and communicate with global security partners to conduct tactical security assessments as required, and where necessary provide feedback on proposed mitigation strategies for country and regional specific threats;
• Execute the design and implementation of project related security strategies, security policies/ standards and establish a concrete course of action for their implementation and review;
• Provide support by monitoring open sources for breaking news and current events that affect the company, its employees, and guests across Asia Pacific.
• Liaise with regional security partners to ensure that training procedures and policies are implemented within acceptable standards;
• Maintain close links with key stakeholders to ensure that all projects are implemented with the highest degree of professionalism safety and security;
• Offer management and tactical guidance.
• Support development of policy, procedures and protocols for future ASCC operational and technological integrations.
• Serves as the first responder for information by assisting employees domestically or internationally with security- or travel-related emergencies;
• Have a full understanding of the functions, roles and systems used at all sites, such as Security, Incident management & escalation, CCTV, etc.
• Provides excellent support to regional guests and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by ASCC Management staff or other approved Global Security management.
• Assist in the effective implementation of the regional employee travel safety and security program.
• Ensures proper distribution of notification via our Emergency Mass Notification System (i.e. Everbridge).

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with or in a Communications or Operations Center related operation
• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Strategic/Security Studies, Political Science, Business or a related discipline, or any closely related field of study
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Supervisory experience in a related field desired
• The ability to receive and relay direction, and have ability to multi-task and coordinate several incidents at once
• Experience in report writing which may include incident/event analysis, regional risk and business impact analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel including key company executives
• Strong service/interpersonal skills especially during times of crisis

• Preparing or establishing that a welding procedure is available, has been approved as

MAIN DUTIEs:

Leadership & team management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA testers and RPA developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development for team members.

Quality assurance strategy & continuous improvement:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Qaqa strategies and frameworks that align with the bank’s objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for testing processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the quality of testing, including the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Analyze testing metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Automation & efficiency:

• Spearhead the adoption of RPA to improve efficiency across the bank and reduce manual efforts.
• Identify opportunities and drive the implementation of automated testing solutions.

Stakeholder collaboration:

• Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing requirements and timelines.

Reporting & documentation:

• Prepare and present regular reports on testing progress, quality metrics, and automation initiatives to senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, results, and automation workflows.

Work experience, skills, and education requirements

• Degree, master’s degree in computer science, technology, finance
• Experience in driving changes with agile methodology.
• Relevant agile certifications or qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing uat processes and implementing rpa solutions in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Familiarity with rpa tools and scripting languages (e.g., python, javascript).

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

Quality Operations Specialists must assist site management to oversee the quality system execution on the manufacturing and production areas at all times.
