• Ensure On-boarding KYC, KYC on customers’ account maintenance and periodic. KYC review documents are appropriate, sufficient and the completeness of customers’ documents are in accordance to the AML standard set by the bank.

• Perform validation on transaction reviews and be able to identify any

abnormal transactions during KYC review.

• Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all KYCs conducted for

customers and reviews are completed timely as per AML requirements.

• Partner with Business unit and work closely with Compliance when

performing due diligence checks on customers.

• Initiate STR filing if any suspicious activity is uncovered during KYC

checking and reviewing on a timely basis.

• Organize regular AML training for business units to promote compliance awareness and updates on regulatory requirements

• Assist to streamline KYC processes and propose solutions to LCD for future revisions.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the AML/KYC/CDD related functions in Corporate Banking / Commercial Banking.

• Keep a good in-depth knowledge and understanding of current AML/CFT regulation and KYC procedures.

Platform and transformation (“P&T”) is the team responsible under BOS global coo (“GCOO”) to build the WM platform of the future across all offerings, all teams, and all locations. The team is responsible for strategic initiatives including building channels, wealth & execution platforms as well as regulatory and risk transformation. The team is also in charge of financial markets and client data as well as the agile practice at BOS.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced quality & automation lead to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our platform through effective testing and automation strategies. The successful candidate will lead a team of quality assurance (QA) testers and robotic process automation (RPA) developers, driving improvements in test quality, enhancing the efficiency of testing processes, and leveraging technology to optimise our workflows.

This position requires someone with a strong background in quality assurance, automation, and team management, who is passionate about delivering exceptional banking services.

The key responsibilities will include:

MAIN DUTIEs:

Leadership & team management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA testers and RPA developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development for team members.

Quality assurance strategy & continuous improvement:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Qaqa strategies and frameworks that align with the bank’s objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for testing processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the quality of testing, including the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Analyze testing metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Automation & efficiency:

• Spearhead the adoption of RPA to improve efficiency across the bank and reduce manual efforts.
• Identify opportunities and drive the implementation of automated testing solutions.

Stakeholder collaboration:

• Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing requirements and timelines.

Reporting & documentation:

• Prepare and present regular reports on testing progress, quality metrics, and automation initiatives to senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, results, and automation workflows.

Work experience, skills, and education requirements

• Degree, master’s degree in computer science, technology, finance
• Experience in driving changes with agile methodology.
• Relevant agile certifications or qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing uat processes and implementing rpa solutions in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Familiarity with rpa tools and scripting languages (e.g., python, javascript).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Quality Operations Specialists must assist site management to oversee the quality system execution on the manufacturing and production areas at all times.

The personnel are required to observe, document, discuss, and report quality adverse events related to the manufacturing of the product and are responsible to ensure highest quality and compliance of released batches.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that products manufactured meet approved company policies, processes and procedures.
• Provide quality oversight of GMP manufacturing and manufacturing support, including technical operations, engineering, QC laboratory and supply chain activities.
• Review completed incoming material inspection packages, Batch Records, Manufacturing Logs, product changeover/line-clearance activities and administration of Quality Logs, e.g., QA Hold, QA tag out.
• Release incoming material, process, and product batches.
• Participate in investigations arising out of non-compliance in incoming materials, QC testing, manufacturing processes, warehousing, and product.
• Participate in change management, including change coordinator and/or QA oversight roles to ensure change plan is managed and complies with applicable policies.
• Perform regular walk-through of manufacturing, engineering, warehouse and QC areas as required to ensure compliance is maintained at all times.
• Participate and support new product introduction, operation excellence projects and other tasks as assigned by management.

About You:

• Bachelor Degree in a Natural Sciences (i.e. Biology, Chemistry), Engineering, Pharmacy or other relevant courses.
• Prior knowledge of quality / compliance management as well as regulations and standards affecting APIs / Biologics.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical experience in Quality and/or Compliance (GxP) environment.
• Experience in SAP, Trackwise are preferred.
• Ability to quickly know products and processes in order to assess quality issues.
• Committed to quality and maintain a high standard of work at all times.

• Good knowledge of GxP requirements and regulations.
