The Job

• Collate ISO certification by country (ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 1400 (environmental management), ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety management) to understand current certification and collaborate on development of integrated management system plans for future ISO accreditations.

Position: Quality Technician (12 months contract)

Working Hours: Office working hours (eligible for OT)

Working Place: West Singapore

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the proper exercise of QHSE Policy and Procedures required by company and conduct daily parts inspection and factory acceptance test in line with specifications, standards, and procedures in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• QHSE Responsibility: Comply with Company QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies and Standards; Comply with government laws and regulations on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; Commit to QHSE target year by year with his specific QHSE responsibility on site.
• Conduct tests and measures all electronic products, components, assemblies, and subassemblies to make sure they are fully functioning, accurate and assembled correctly and in accordance with specifications
• Work from complicated drawings, and specifications, using standard methods and procedures to perform dimensional inspection.
• Document the results of inspections and tests using the designated business system, following the defined procedure and test plan.
• Ensure that measurement systems have valid calibration and are functional for the product inspection and test.
• Perform factory acceptance test according to procedure.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent
• Prior training in electronics and related work experience including testing and reviewing electronic components would be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience from a manufacturing environment
• CMM programming experience
• Meticulous, well organized, independent and good housekeeping skills

What you will be working on:

• Responsible in managing the end-to-end notification and communication process on product and process changes.
• Responsible in ensuring that changes are effectively communicated to customers through working with various stakeholders including the account facing teams & process owners.
• Be the Facilitator of engineering change requirements to ensure that both internal and customer requirements must be met.
• Manage the ECN scorecards with respect to implementation and closure with the relevant stakeholders.
• Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
• Be the Facilitator for customer concessions and work with internal stakeholders/customers until concession closure.
• Participates in inter-departmental cross-functional projects.
• Analyzing common problems / root causes with possible suggestions for further improvements.

More About You:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Materials Science / Physics / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or automotive industry.
• Preferably with experience in SPC tool.
• Preferably with experience in Change Management & Concession Management

Position Summary

This position play a critical role in driving compliance and quality programs for Healthcare Transportation & Facilities and supporting the Healthcare Quality Management System to ensure processes and systems are compliant with regional and local regulations and customer requirements.

Job Scope

1. Quality Policies & Procedures: Determine, implement & promote policies and procedures for company’s Network and facilities (hubs & stations) to ensure compliance to standards such as GDP, GCP and others.

2. Quality Assessment & Standards: Write & review SOPs and Work Instructions for transportation & fulfilment solutions pertaining to the healthcare industry.

3. Compliance & Quality Program Management: Implement compliance and quality programs to support local Quality teams to ensure they are kept up-to-date and prepared.

4. CAPA Process Management: Lead in process creation and review of documentation on the implementation and responses to corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and monitor action progress until closure.

5. Healthcare Quality Management System: Develop, implement & support the system and processes, develop corresponding training programs, and acts as Super User for eQMS system.

6. Internal Audit Programs: Design & implement robust internal audit processes to ensure readiness of various functions & processes when meeting regulatory agencies & customer audits.

7. Certification Audits: Lead various certification audits with relevant regulatory agencies and certification providers across the region.

8. Operations & Customer Audit Programs: Lead & prepare for regular audit programs / random checks / regulatory activities to achieve successful audit outcomes and proper post audit follow up actions.

9. Healthcare Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers to understand quality requirements / issues / underlying concerns to advise on the way forward, provide advice based on interpretations as applicable to 3PL and resolve issues via conducting root cause analysis.

10. Healthcare Quality Feedback: Liaise, consolidate feedback from different functions to update and prepare final copy for Quality Questionnaires, Agreements and RFQ Proposals for customers.

11. Validation Programs: Lead the validation of transportation lanes and critical equipment like cold chain facilities, and packaging systems.

12. Depot Support: Provide secondary / backup support to healthcare specialists for market depots.

Requirements :

1. Hold local pharmacist license

2. Have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in warehouse, quality + QMS for pharmaceutical / healthcare industry

3. Have competencies in quality assurance / regulatory affairs, customer relationship management and root cause analysis

4. Have working experience ensuring compliance in accordance to Goods Manufacturing Practise cGMP,)/, Good Clinical Practises cGCP, Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) & ISO13485 for Medical Devices, IATA CEIV and other local certifications in a warehouse and transportation business.

5. Experience in conducting external and internal audits for regions

6. Must hold at least Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a reputable local or Australia’s institute.

7. This position require to communicate with counter part in China

8. Occasionally travel is required to sites and region warehouses.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to lead quality and process optimization efforts across our supplier network, with a strong focus on mechanical processes (e.g., metal stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, and milling). The successful candidate will work within the electronics and computing sectors, particularly focusing on thermal cooling solutions, ensuring that our suppliers meet rigorous quality standards and process reliability. You will collaborate closely with suppliers to enhance product quality, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement systems to monitor and assess supplier quality. Ensure that materials and components, particularly those related to mechanical processes (e.g., metalworking, tooling, fixture and jig design), comply with specified standards. Address and resolve any non-conformance issues.
• Work closely with suppliers to optimize their manufacturing processes, such as metal stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, and milling. Drive improvements in process yield and consistency to ensure the high quality of materials and components.
• Lead the resolution of abnormal quality issues in collaboration with suppliers, focusing on root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform detailed audits to evaluate suppliers' quality management systems and process capabilities, particularly in mechanical and metalworking processes. Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, and drive improvement actions based on audit findings.
• Work in partnership with suppliers to develop and enhance their quality processes and manufacturing practices. Ensure that their systems align with company standards, especially in the areas of tooling design and fixture/jig manufacturing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, procurement) to ensure clear communication of quality expectations and standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the supplier network, focusing on enhancing quality management systems and manufacturing practices for metal-based components and mechanical parts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in supplier quality engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
• Proven experience with mechanical processes such as metal stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, and milling.
• Strong understanding of supplier quality management systems and industry standards.
• In-depth knowledge of metalworking, tooling design, and the manufacture of fixtures and jigs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement processes.
• Six Sigma certification (or similar qualifications) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and based in China and Vietnam at least 10 months per year. (includes four round-trip tickets to Singapore annually, with separate living arrangements provided)
