[What you will be working on]

As an intern, you will be required to:

• Conduct on-site visits and document reviews to assess an incentive recipient’s compliance with incentives conditions.
• Prepare review reports documenting the assessment and findings. The intern is required to have strong attention to detail and good analytical skills to conduct thorough and accurate compliance assessments.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including the organization being reviewed, EDB account managers, and policy divisions.  The intern is required to have good communication and interpersonal skills to engage the stakeholders effectively.

• Ensuring service delivery in accordance with pre-defined service level agreements, from planning, fieldwork and reporting.

[What you will be working on]

As our Intern, you will be required to/your deliverables are:

• Process payments to suppliers and reimbursement to staff involved in overseas operations.

• Monitoring accounts receivables, fixed assets, and bank accounts at overseas centres.

• Review, assess and provide recommendations for the assigned area within the overseas operations system and business process review project. For example, an Intern may be assigned to review the current process from procurement to payment for EDB overseas leases that fall under FRS116.

Learning outcomes and other experiences available to the intern as part of the internship:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:

1. Engage and support members to ensure they comply with key GPSNR requirements including the Policy Framework, Reporting Requirements, and other processes under the Assurance Model.
2. Managing GPSNR’s assurance and verification systems
3. Facilitate development of the platform’s processes and technical tools. These developments often take place through multi-stakeholder meetings and will require you to prepare meeting agendas, draft minutes, and facilitate meetings.
4. Work with the CRM department to clean and analyse data submitted through the GPSNR Reporting Requirements to identify opportunities for reporting improvements

The Role:

• Responsible for all Control System operations; maintenance and troubleshooting upon testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Reform

• Participate as Secretariat team member of the Curriculum Reform Committee (CRC) and its sub-groups and ensuring effective collaboration and implementation of curriculum reforms.

• Organise CRC and its sub-groups meetings and providing administrative and logistical support

• Assist in the preparation, compilation and dissemination of CRC and its sub-groups meeting package including meeting papers and slide deck

• Assist Chair, CRC in the conduct of meetings

• Draft minutes of CRC meetings and action plans for its sub-groups’ meetings

• Assist in monitoring follow-up actions

Curriculum Documentation

• Administer electronic filing infrastructure for NTU MBBS degree documentation
