You will oversee the Quality Service Management (QSM) function of the organisation and ensure its efficient running and operations. You will be working closely with the Director of Operations to seek to achieve a high standard in service quality for the organisation through continuously uplifting service standards on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Drive service in line with organizational goals.
• Develop, monitor and review the organisational service framework.
• Build and maintain a culture that energizes and recognizes service professionals, and foster a culture of learning, improvement and innovation to deliver quality service.
• Identify organizational service gaps, and develop interventions and curate training to address the gaps.
• Plan organization-wide service quality initiatives and events to continually improve service standards.
• Develop organizational-wide service indicators for compliance.
• Work with stakeholders to improve organizational standings at national level surveys and accolades.
• Oversee the management of feedback, complaints, compliments and appeals. This includes working with heads of departments in investigations and facilitating family conferences and replies.
• Work with internal and external partners to execute special projects and advise in the area of service experience and customer journey.

Requirements

• Preferably degree, preferably in Service, Hospitality and/or Healthcare-related disciplines.
• Preferably 7 years of relevant experience in Quality Service in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge and experience in customer relations management and quality service management.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or an equivalent science degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Engineering, Planning or equivalent operations.

Responsibilities

As a Site QE PQA Engineer in MSB, you will be responsible for inline process control, outgoing product control and deviation management to drive focus and continual improvement of site quality performance. You will support technical risk assessment of process change as well as play a key role in the Change team in determining the site process conversion strategy.

• Work with Assembly/Test/Module/SSD Process/Equipment/Manufacturing teams to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirement
• Manage quality deviation and drive for closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive for deviation reduction and continual improvement
• Perform Data Mining to identify quality improvement opportunities and lead site quality improvement projects

Validate the TC&IS Development, Configuration, Validation and Management Plan application. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (systems), achieve the specified software quality requirements detailed in System Engineering and TCMS Software Quality Plan and informs the team members of their associated responsibilities and much more.

• Specifically take care of managing the development of all Train Control & Information Systems (TC&IS) deliverables (sub-system, electrical and software work products) for a Project from offer, specification, design ,validation to end of warranty period, but also ensuring the quality on all domain of his/her project (Schematic, Apparatus, Software…).
  
  Your Responsibilities and Challenges
  
  Managing the design planning and the achievement of the Design/Verification reviews in all step of the Design.
• Delivering all TC&IS Engineering outputs including, Train Control and Monitoring System Requirements and Architecture, Software specification or Functional Design Description, Software, Electrical Schemes and Electrical Products definition (with the support of Electrical Lead Engineer), in compliance with the Engineering Quality, Cost and Delay commitments.
• Managing interface and ensure follow up of sub-systems (electrical components, PAPIS (Public Address and Passengers Information Systems), CCTV, Multimedia, TCMS, Event recorder, Train Ground Communication, ATC(Automatic Train Control)/Safety equipment).
• Ensuring standardization and maximize the carry over with previous project.
• Supporting Industrial and Manufacturing areas during First Train Assembly.
• Supporting Commissioning and Validation area during First Train tests.

• Defining the applicable TCMS configuration (low voltage scheme, apparatus, and software version) with the Train System Engineer, Train Design Engineer, Project Engineering Manager and its team.
• Contributing to the return of experiences on his/her domain (Software, Schematic, Apparatus).
• Contributing for technical specificities and expertise to advice the Project Team and/or Customer.
• Supporting the other stakeholders (design, sourcing, validation etc..) in the understanding of the Cybersecurity processes and actions in particular with regards to the interfaces in between the teams.
• Being the responsible at Project level for the transverse Cybersecurity actions and for topics addressed at: Project (progress plan), Region, Métier Manager level.

Qualifications

• Rolling stock functional engineer experiences on several train functions, >5 yrs.
