Purpose: The role is responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes. You are required to drive internal departments on quality-related issues to follow up on effective corrective/preventive actions. You will be liaising with the internal team to support QBR, RMA, IFR, MRB, FAI Review and approval with Supplier and customer, In-Process Audit, FA Launch, 8D, SDR, FPY, tracker processes, and communicate between customer and internal team on Quality related matters.

Key areas of responsibilities:

• Lead and drive customer quality CAB meetings to derive root causes and corrective and preventive actions based on 8D methodology
• Perform ad-hoc visits to customer sites to facilitate investigation and improvement proposal
• Develop, drive, and lead the improvement of manufacturing systems and processes to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Lead and drive company-wide continuous improvement projects with relevant Organizations
• Build and drive customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction
• Perform customer quality performance monitoring and reporting to internal management and customer
• Manage the first article process and submit the report to the customer for approval
• Lead cross-functional team to establish the outgoing inspection checklist for NPI to ensure that the product meets customer requirement
• Analyze customer quality performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Perform manufacturing audit

Qualification & Experiences:

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience, 3 years in dealing with customer quality managers or direct customer facing, related to the manufacturing environment, preferably from the semiconductor, semiconductor equipment industry, electronics, or high-tech instrument industry
• Strong knowledge and practices in 8D, SPC, FMEA, 6-sigma methodology (Certified Black/Green Belt), and change management
• Good understanding of first-article inspection requirements and expectations
• Excellent leadership and effective communicator with all levels of associates and management
• Experienced in Minitab is an advantage
• Experienced QMS auditor

The Position holder is responsible for assessing, monitoring and continually improve the quality of parts, products and services delivered by suppliers, and assists in defining and developing quality program status indicators and performance measurements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in Sourcing activities for new part or new supplier, developing and implementing Part and Process Qualification process and in charge of supplier quality evaluation. Ensure First Article Qualification completion.
• ·Manage all aspects of continuous improvement of the quality of parts, products and services delivered by suppliers, including the following:
• Review and analyze supplier quality performance, deviations and returned product reports.
• Investigate and address product non-conformances, working with relevant subject matter experts as needed to ensure corrective and preventive actions address fundamental causes.
• Support development and execution of remedial work plans by suppliers to address quality nonconformances.
• Ensure improvement of the supplier quality engagement programs.
• Conduct supplier quality audit, including planning, execution, reporting results, and remedial work plans. Participate in internal audits.
• Ensure compliance to internal and external management systems.
• Lead and/or participate in Product Quality (PQ) incident report investigations.
• Acquire and analyse data across a spectrum of business environments to facilitate process analysis and improvements. Use metrics, reporting, and process control tools to track, analyse and problem solve.
• Continuously improve knowledge of customer expectations, supplier relations, risk management and improvement, industry standards, business systems, and planning and quality tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering).
• 3 years of industry working experience as quality engineer.
• Experience in quality tools, supplier quality management, and quality management.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Certified for Quality Engineering.
• Work experience with SAP system.
• Knowledge or work experience in industrial standard and directives such as DNV, ATEX, PED.
• Work experience in heavy machinery technology and manufacturing process.
• Data mining and analysis skills (with Excel, PowerBI, or SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures BPO operating.
• Download U account aging, analysis the outstanding, sending the report to HOD’s/BU, follow-up with the A&P overdue status by weekly.
• Assist BU/GL/Claims team for reverse entry matched wrongly by BU in Exceedra, monitor and update the tracking list till resolved.
• Track the AR main account parking (R13) amount have been deducted on payment, check with BPO/Customer for the documents or details status to clear the park amount.
• Follow-up on dispute A&P cases, Credit Note and Refund status from BU/Customer.
• Coordinate activities related to overdue aging in main account and U aging, propose charge to PnL.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing A&P processes and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems.
• Work closely with internal BU/AR in monitoring Clearing A&P issues, update A&P matrix if any movement in BU.
• Monitor daily Exceedra Success & Error Reports, raise ticket to CSSC-Exceedra if received Error report to resolve the issue with BU and CSSC.
• Issues CN for any A&P approved invoices from the BU or Customer portal.
• Other adhoc jobs assigned.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of GMP and/ or GDP guidelines is an advantage.
