Developer:

What we are looking for

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities of QC Inspector:

• Carry out dimensional inspections based on the order or technical drawings, using various precision instruments like bore and depth gauges, vernier calipers, dial indicators, surface testers, micrometers (for both internal and external measurements), and ultrasonic gauges.
• Interpret the dimensional and geometric specifications from the technical drawings and select the suitable measurement tools accordingly.
• Conduct both incoming and outgoing inspections, focusing on dimensional, length, visual assessments, and Brinell hardness tests. This includes:Preparing materials for hardness testing.
  Performing Rockwell hardness tests and marking as necessary.
• Maintain material traceability throughout the process to ensure proper documentation and accountability.
• Ensure jobs are completed according to order specifications and report any deviations to the QC Team Lead or Quality Manager. Be capable of creating sketches to represent defects when required.
