Job Responsibilities:
1. Be familiar with the processes of bulk trade and supply chain finance, strictly control the risk control in the early, middle and late stages, formulate and implement countermeasures, and be familiar with upstream and downstream products, operating conditions and transaction processes.
2. Establish and continuously improve the risk management system, system, methods and procedures suitable for the company.
3. Conduct risk research on various businesses of the group and provide support materials for risk control planning of new business models.
Actively assist the business in formulating business plans to avoid risks, propose prevention and resolution control measures, and cooperate with the operations director to formulate risk management countermeasures for different project types.
Comprehensively organize and manage business risk review and business supervision
4. Carry out risk management evaluation according to the annual risk management assessment plan, and provide support materials for phased and annual risk management evaluation reports.
5. Responsible for tracking changes in national laws, regulations and industry regulatory policies, and timely put forward various legal risk management suggestions and opinions.
6. Responsible for reviewing, improving and managing the company's related contracts, agreements, legal documents and other legal documents, handling the company's litigation and non-litigation business, issuing oral or written legal opinions, and improving the company's legal affairs management system.
7. Responsible for other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, trade, management, law and other related majors.
2. 5 years or more of relevant work experience, with experience in risk control in bulk trade and supply chain finance industry.
3. Familiar with national economic laws, regulations and policies such as finance and investment, contract law. Those with solid basic knowledge of law are preferred.
4. Strong ability to judge and analyze legal issues, business execution and communication skills, clear thinking, and able to withstand work pressure.
5. Work rigorously and responsibly, be down-to-earth and serious, have a high sense of responsibility and have strong teamwork ability.
6. Good oral and written expression skills, strong moral integrity when handling sensitive information and facing multiple pressures.
7. Have certain team management skills and strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
8. Adapt to periodic business trips.
