Job Description:

• To plan, conduct, report and follow up on assigned audits
• To lead Directed Audits, as applicable
• To provide compliance advice in areas related to Clinical Development Centre including Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Pharmacology, as applicable.
• To support training of Auditors, in association with the Head of Section
• To support and/or coordinate GCP and Pharmacovigilance Regulatory Authority inspections, as applicable
• To contribute to the maintenance of procedures and processes related to the respective area and the continual improvement of these processes to keep them up to date and in line with best practices and regulations.

The Requirements:

• Min degree in Science (e.g. Pharmacology, Biology, Medicine)
• 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical area, of which 4 years in Quality Assurance, Good Clinical
• Practice or Pharmacovigilance experience

• Monitor quality control activities to align with the production schedule, examining incoming, in-process, and outgoing products/shipments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Execute customized Quality Plans for individual customers and recommends solutions to address quality queries, customer complaints and audit requirements.
• Conduct tasks related to designing documentation guidelines and templates, while also delivering training on quality-related aspects.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
