We are a North Indian Restaurant located at Tanjong Katong Road, Singapore. We have a vacancy for a Quality Control Supervisor for Food Services.
You should be conversant with North Indian Cuisine; both tandoori and curries. We specialize in traditional recipes and styles of cooking. You should be aware of 'Bhapa’ (steaming), ‘Bhunao’, ‘Dum’, ‘Talna’ (frying), ‘Sambaar’ (tampering), ‘Sekhna’ (pan roasting) techniques of cooking in order to conduct quality checks.
You should also be conversant with traditional beverages like Shikanji, Kaanji, Lassi, in order to ensure quality.
Your job scope will be:
- Manage and Conduct quality checks for Restaurant Service and Food Delivery.
- Manage and Conduct quality checks for BBQ and Catering Services.
- You will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager.
- You will be responsible to maintain top quality standards in the restaurant and hygiene to achieve an A rating from SFA and follow all safety standards.
We work six days a week, split shit (two-hour afternoon break) and forty-four hours a week. Subject to your consent, you will be expected to work on Public Holidays. Monday is an off-day and weekends are busy workdays.
Accommodation, transport and meals shall be at your cost.
Your appointment contract will be as per MOM rules and guidelines.
