• Conduct regular and thorough food safety and hygiene inspections across all outlets, central kitchens, and supplier.
• Ensure timely and effective follow-up on corrective actions identified during audits.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented and documented appropriately.
• Develop, assist in, and conduct in-house training programs on food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance for staff.
• Conduct detailed investigations into incidents related to customer feedback, product quality, or supplier issues.
• Document findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
• Assist in the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system across the central kitchen and outlets.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the company.
Requirement
-Diploma in Food Science or a related field.
-Min 1 year of experience of related work experience.
-In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles and other relevant food safety management systems.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
