Job Description:

Vanderlande understands the complexities associated with a successful airport and parcel operation and delivers future-proof logistic process automation. These automation systems are composed of many Electromechanical, IT, and control components that require expert knowledge to support.

As an IT System Control Specialist, you will analyze and assist in servicing baggage handling system control software. You are responsible for helping the operation and maintenance team find and resolve system issues, researching solutions, and proposing changes to the system. You will have frequent contact with internal and external customers and third-party contractors.

As an IT System Control Specialist, you have a strong affinity with Oracle data administrator and Java-oriented software combined with the Linux platform they run on.

Key responsibilities:

· Identify problems and perform root cause analysis of upper-level control software of Vanderlande baggage handling system, in close collaboration with other teams.

· Review system and application logs to trace issues and gather information for analysis.

· Develop and maintain customer-specific validation test processes and reports for change control log.

· Continuously monitor IT infrastructure, application, and material handling application environment.

· Triage all events reported and maintain incident reports.

· Planning and delivering preventive maintenance tasks & assigned change tasks (back-ups, patch execution, etc.)

· Have a systematic way of troubleshooting a problem.

· Advise the customer on actions to minimize equipment downtime.

· Take proactive measures based on own insight, lifecycle plans, or preventive maintenance plans.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, information technology, information systems, mathematics or a related field of study.

· Preferably you have a good understanding of IT service management practices (ITIL v3/v4)

· Affinity with IT and Industrial Automation and interest in logistic processes.

· 5 years of relevant working experience in industrial systems.

· Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and JAVA software development is preferred.

· Hands-on experience with LINUX and network communications is preferred.

· Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development

· Basic knowledge of testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques

· Good communication skills in English.

· Assertive team player and proactive.

· May have to work after hours and weekends as the operation runs 24/7.

• Generate test plans and test reports for functional and/or performance testing.
• Reevaluate defects through retesting and analyze the outcomes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of automation testing experience using Selenium.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups. Depending on the candidate’s experience, duties will include the following:

• Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring/surveillance across the company’s business activities;

• Develop risk-based compliance programs to facilitate the execution of compliance reviews and monitoring;

• Advise the business units in meeting regulatory requirements through implementing appropriate compliance risk policies, assisting with the design and implementation of risk and compliance management initiatives, and enhancing and improving internal processes and procedures;

Requirements:

• Should have knowledge of key applicable regulations in Singapore such as the Securities & Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, MAS Notices and Guidelines, AML/CFT regulations

· Able to write Test scripts/Test plans/Test cases

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
• Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
• Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
• Work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
• Responsible for product quality management, implement quality plans, drive quality improvement projects and prepare quality report to identify problem areas and work on problem resolutions
• Interface with and handle customers/vendors on quality issues.
• Handle the customer quality/customer satisfaction issues for global and major customers, which include monitoring field complaints, coordinating investigation and following up within the business to ensure appropriate closure in a timely fashion.
• Assume the focal role for investigating high failure rate customer issues, coordinating the use of different resources to investigate the customer issues.
• Lead the internal team members in achieving the ISO9001:2015 accredited certification as well as customer-specific qualifications.
• Work closely with internal team members and external suppliers to address product-related quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
• Min. 5 year's relevant working experience in the Manufacturing/EMS/Semiconductor industry or experience in quality environment.
• Working knowledge in 5S, PFMECA, SPC & ISO 9000 series Quality system.
• Knowledge of International quality standards ISO.
• Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong knowledge and ability to read mechanical drawings with knowledge of CMM, profile projector, and measuring equipments.
