• Conduct cleaning validation activities with a specific emphasis on CIP for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Develop and execute cleaning validation protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, especially in the context of procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enhance protocols, ensuring optimal cleaning efficiency and validation outcomes.
• Perform risk assessments and gap analyses related to CIP processes and equipment.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, addressing CIP-related challenges and optimizing cleaning procedures.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cleaning validation, specifically with a focus on CIP, within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDA and EMA guidelines, related to CIP processes.

Responsibilities

• To perform detailed inspections at customer’s premises for any sign of pest or infestations
• To conduct site safety inspections, assessments
• To carry out prompt and timely pest control treatment at job site (indoor and outdoor) according to job specification and schedule
• To provide good quality service to client and provide recommendations for pest proofing and housekeeping
• To maintain company equipment in good and working condition; including company vehicle
• To submit all Service Reports promptly
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Valid NEA Vector Control Technician Licence
• Individuals without hands-on Pest Control experience welcome to apply
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Able to write and converse in English; able to complete Service Reports in English
• Able to travel island-wide to carry out control services
• Self-motivated; able to work independently or as a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating SOX reporting for Tier 1 SOX entity (ensuring timely completion of reporting responsibilities):
• Providing support to the international SOX teams
• Performing Entity Level Controls (ELCs) testing
• Updating process documentation and remediating deficiencies in the international businesses
• Identifying risks and controls gaps, and to design, redesign and evaluate existing compliance measures
• Ad hoc projects – System migration baseline testing; Segregation of duties testing; Implementing controls for changes in business scope

Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures BPO operating.
• Download U account aging, analysis the outstanding, sending the report to HOD’s/BU, follow-up with the A&P overdue status by weekly.
• Assist BU/GL/Claims team for reverse entry matched wrongly by BU in Exceedra, monitor and update the tracking list till resolved.
• Track the AR main account parking (R13) amount have been deducted on payment, check with BPO/Customer for the documents or details status to clear the park amount.
• Follow-up on dispute A&P cases, Credit Note and Refund status from BU/Customer.
• Coordinate activities related to overdue aging in main account and U aging, propose charge to PnL.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing A&P processes and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems.
• Work closely with internal BU/AR in monitoring Clearing A&P issues, update A&P matrix if any movement in BU.
• Monitor daily Exceedra Success & Error Reports, raise ticket to CSSC-Exceedra if received Error report to resolve the issue with BU and CSSC.
• Issues CN for any A&P approved invoices from the BU or Customer portal.
• Other adhoc jobs assigned.
