We are looking for an Assurance (Financial Services) Associate, who will be involved in various sizes of financial services audit engagements which include planning, performing, and concluding the engagement. The Assurance Associate will be exposed to a broad range of capital markets entities and investment funds such as private equities, real estate, mutual funds, variable capital companies, etc.

In this role, you will:

• Involvement in a broad range of statutory and regulatory audit assignments for our financial services clients

• Assist in obtaining all necessary audit working papers and documentation including researching and documenting facts and findings

• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners

• Identify performance improvement opportunities

• Interact with clients to help ensure that the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient

We are looking for people with the following:

• Graduates with an Accountancy degree or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy

Job Description

• Position: QA/QC Assistant
• Singapore's leading seafood processors, exporters and distributors
• Working hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm; Saturday 8am – 12noon)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): up to $2,500 basic salary + yearly performance bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day inspection of in-process and finished products.

• Quality control of in-coming, in-process and out-going products.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing / Quality Engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Electronics Product Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, FDA requirement.
• Able to understand IPC requirement in PCB Assembly, quality requirement of plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping and machining parts.
• Able to converse with in Mandarin fluently as it is required to liaise with China suppliers.
