Responsibilities
1. Project Management:
Support and coordinate regulatory projects, ensuring that timelines and resources are effectively managed to meet regulatory deliverables on time. Work across teams to keep projects on track and within scope.
2. Data Analytics:
Leverage data analytics tools to provide insights into regulatory performance, compliance trends, and risk areas. Use data-driven insights to optimize regulatory processes and improve decision-making.
3. Compliance Management:
Collaborate with business and support units to ensure that the organization remains compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Identify regulatory risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across the business.
4. Risk Identification & Process Improvement:
Identify potential regulatory and operational risks in areas such as sales, trading, new product development, and operational activities. Work to improve processes and systems to mitigate those risks and ensure that business activities align with regulatory requirements.
5. Operational Risk Support:
Work closely with the business and support units to support various operational risk management deliverables, including reviews, assessments, and ad-hoc projects.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, operations, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on regulatory and operational risk priorities.
Requirements
1. 3 years treasury / regulatory / project management / operational risk experience preferred, but fresh graduates may apply
2. Experience in use of excel and powerpoint is a must, ability to use data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Python) will be a plus
3. Able to work independently
4. Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills
5. Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic
6. Graduate degree from a recognized University with, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business
