• Contribute and communicate the impact on Procurement activities to new business initiatives and projects. Involve in Global procurement project activities.

Vendor Management

• Assess and evaluate supplier’s performance reviews, compiling data relating to supplier performance to enable evaluation.

• To audit supplier supply capability and quality standard when required. Maintain proper documentation in accordance with ISO procedures.

• Oversee supplier quality management, conducting audits and addressing issues to ensure supplier compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply chain improvement and adherence to quality specifications.

Quality Improvement Initiatives:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead quality improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficacy and product quality.
• Drive the transformation towards a paperless factory to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and control quality during manufacturing processes.
• Utilize digital tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma and lean manufacturing to improve productivity and product quality.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Manage and lead a team of skilled quality engineers and technicians, providing strategic direction, training, and development.
• Foster a culture that prioritizes quality and compliance through continuous training, learning and development programs, and succession planning.

Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:

• Align with the global quality function on strategic global initiatives, ensuring cohesive quality management across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain departments to ensure alignment on quality standards and to address quality issues promptly.
• Report on quality metrics and KPIs to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing quality enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and regulatory bodies regarding product quality and compliance issues.

Complaint and CAPA Handling:

• Lead the investigation and resolution of non-conformance issues and product incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage the customer complaint process, ensuring all complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Lead the development and completion of 8D reports, ensuring thorough documentation and effective resolution of issues.
• Oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate the causes of potential non-conformities or issues, preventing their recurrence.

Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Sustainability:

• Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of an EHS policy, complying with all legal and corporate policies.
• Assist in fostering a culture of safety responsibility, providing ongoing training and resources to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Support the establishment and execution of site ESG goals in alignment with global sustainability roadmap, ensuring the site contributes effectively to broader corporate sustainability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science / Master’s in Engineering or Science
• Extensive experience within a manufacturing environment with a thorough understanding of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.
• Six Sigma certification and/or ASQ certified Quality Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

The Cloud Infra Engineer is responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure, installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining systems, and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.

This role covers the overall company Systems and Infrastructure, and the System Management Tools which ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies, and automating business processes using customized operating systems and IT databases.

You will:

• Work closely with teams that include software developers, administrators, solution architects, network engineer and other engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission-critical infrastructure.
• Work with business analysts and partners to gather and analyse requirements for new or updated systems, or with quality assurance engineers and testing specialists to test and validate system designs and functionality.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
• Supervise project's systems engineering events such as monitoring, organizing, and manage a project's tasks, assess and calculate the technical features of a project plan to ensure that the systems engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Master administrator

You will possess strong ethics with high level of trust in managing system administration.

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.

Project Management

• Supervise a project's systems engineering events as performed by the technical team.
• Monitor, organize, and manage a project's tasks.
• Assess and calculate the technical features of a project plan to ensure that the systems engineering procedures are operating correctly.

Technical Support

You have experience, and able to work independently in:

• Providing EUC support for the organization.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• CSEP / Microsoft Azure Architecture Certified / System Engineer certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in areas such as information security, systems engineering, integration, infosystems architecture.
• Skills in systems problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work as part of a team, independently and make decisions.
• Strong mathematical concepts and analytical skills.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to explore new ideas and innovation, partner with key team members across the organization to deliver effective IT solutions.
• Possessing good working knowledge of information security, integration, and data architecture on top of technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and Microsoft Azure.
• Background in business administration, project management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that are essential to work well with global business, technical, manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain functions across various geographies and cultures.
• Experienced and independent in engaging stakeholders in China and Hong Kong on system and infra issues.
• Possess strong and effective communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English to facilitate interactions with local and regional teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to travel and take on short overseas assignments on an as needed basis.

• Responsible for deployment, change, issues triage and infra management of overseas games and relevant components and system, such as game monitor system, login services.
• Responsible for monitoring and dash-boarding for game observability, and ensure the game is reliable, scalable and secure

Skills Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or comparable field
• More than 3 years of operations experience in Linux and windows operating system
• Excellent communication skills, learning skills, problem analysis and solving skills.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
• Accept night shift when needed

Desirable:

• Proficiency in scripting programming such as Bash, Python, sql is a plus
• Experience with worldwide online game live operations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain C# 3.5 applications (WinForms, WPF, ASP.NET, etc.).
