• Possesses at least 3 years related NOC, network/server/endpoint support experience
• Experience in IT infrastructure management tools
• An up-to-date knowledge and understanding of business and industry needs as well as the technical demands

• Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who are not technically trained
• The skill to take on a variety of tasks and pay attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving ability

• Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, CISA, CISSP, CREST, CEH product, networking, virtualization, security solutions knowledge and professional certifications will be a plus

Build and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets.

To support migration of data from Hadoop platform to Snowflake.

Performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

To support and develop Data modeling, Data mapping activities.

Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.

Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.

Manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.

Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.

Perform CI/CD Activities, Deployment activities in both cloud and on premises or as required.

Requirements

Experience with Data engineering tools (Python, Spark (Scala or Python), Hadoop).

Experience with relational (oracle, MySQL, MS Sql) or NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra.

Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools.

Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark- Streaming, etc Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala,etc

Experience on Cloudera/ Data bricks/ Snowflakes platforms will be added advantage

Experience with Cloud (Aws, Azure or Google).

Create and maintain optimal Database / DWH / Datamart architecture, which may include:

• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Informatica, SQL and related technologies

• Identify, design and implement internal process improvements.

i) Automating manual processes

ii) Optimizing data delivery

iii) Re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability

• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and build/maintain Datamart

Participate in project and assist the user PM on the followings:

• To coordinate with IT and stakeholders on the completion of the UAT

• To create test cases/ test script

• To conduct UAT testing and post implementation phase

• Expertise in configuring, customizing, and integrating payment engines such as Global PayPlus (GPP), Finastra, and familiarity with API-based payment solutions.

• Synthesize intricate high-level requirements into actionable, product-specific deliverables. Drive gap analysis within payment systems, particularly for Global Pay Plus (GPP) engines, and leverage technical depth to integrate API-driven solutions for seamless global deployments.

• Navigate intricate vendor relationships, guiding them through RFPs and the selection of payment solutions, particularly for advanced capabilities like Virtual Account Management.

• Oversee sanctions compliance and payment risk mitigation strategies, ensuring all systems adhere to the most stringent global compliance standards.
