Your job duties will include but not limited to:

· performing installation, configuration, administration, migration, maintenance, tuning, troubleshooting, patching and upgrading of the IT infrastructure;

· managing technical deliverables of any projects and determine deployment strategy with the Project Managers;

· assisting Project Manager to create project plans, project roles and responsibilities, tracking and reporting project status. Communicating delays and issues;

· producing, delivering, and maintaining appropriate documentation for systems in accordance with document control standards and procedures;

· attending to pre-sales call to conduct scooping and customer site evaluation, if any;

· assisting sales in proposal preparation and technical write-out including drawing, if any;

· researching for solution and proposed appropriate solution to enhance / resolve customer’s pain points;

· ensuring customer’s satisfaction is highest at all time

· monitoring and performing capacity and feasibility studies and resolve system related issues.

· providing assistance for the reduction in volume and mean time to recover incidents in your business unit by providing high-level, independent trouble shooting on technical issues;

· providing assistance to Technical Recovery plans, and taking part in technical recovery for major incidents within your defined area;

· working and cooperating with internal and external groups when required in order to fully support environments and maintain service;

· adhering and contributing to the definition and implementation of operating procedures and operability on new and existing systems, ensuring adherence to defined operations standards;

· adhering to change management procedures in defining, planning and implementing change in such a way that ensures appropriate coordination with other teams, minimizing service disruption, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements;

· collaborating with business, third party vendors, developers, application support and technical operations groups to determine appropriate hardware/software needed and to resolve any issues impacting the application processes;

· staying abreast of recent developments in related technical community, including new technology and business news that may impact vendors’ ability to provide service;

· seeking out all information and to fully understand all aspects of each device’s technology configuration and all uses;

· approving engineering tools available to implement conforming changes;

· packaging, company approved hardened versions of targeted operating systems;

· ensuring stack of agents for management systems are properly installed and connected; and

· maintaining patch levels in accordance with change management and security standards.

Requirements

• Minumum 3 years' experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Professional qualifications such as Microsoft 365 Certifications
• Additional qualifications such as CCNA Routing and Switching, ; and/or CCNA Security; VCP in Data Centre Virtualization will be an added advantage
• Must have strong knowledge of enterprise backup solution such as Symantec, CommVault etc.

Responsibilities

· Assist, plan and execute or draft Mechanical / Electrical / Fire / Plumbing & Sanitary (MEPL) project in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule

· Create process flow diagrams, general arrangement drawings, piping & instrumentation diagrams, and isometrics.

· Draft and prepare Shop drawing / as-built drawing of the given MEPL service with (CAD) software.

· Ensure all drawings are in accordance with the standards set by company’s quality.

Requirements:

· 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in managing Additional and Alteration services in Commercial / Industrial / Plants sectors MEPL services

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or drafter / mechanical experience.

· Proficient in Good software usage in Autocad / Solidwork / Revit / BIM etc software.

· Able to work independently and yet a team player with leadership.

· Ability to handle multiple projects and task with a high attention to detail.

• Undertake construction supervision as RE of underground building works and civil infrastructure, involving site inspection, meetings and review of drawings and method statements in accordance to customer specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices

• Has good working knowledge of Geotechnical and instrumentation works and compliance to Singapore Building Regulations

（1）Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements. Carry out Civil and Structural related detailed design, drawings, analysis and calculation required.

（2） Check and review all Civil and Structural related drawings and documentation received from Contractor or Client. Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays.

（3）Fully responsible for engineering evaluation, technical planning, method statement formulation, process monitoring, and retaining sufficient documentation and archival files for the project's foundation construction works to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

（4）Responsible for the structural analysis, design and authority submission to liaise with client or contractor. Possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system

（5）Provide technical support and monitoring the construction progress, discuss with immediate Supervisor and give out solution on site issues.

（6）Prepare calculation and drawings for temporary or permanent structures in obtaining approval from authority.

（7）Responsible for demolition of basement/foundation, ERSS construction and all other design works.Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.

（8）To manage & coordinate with the site supervisors (incl. RTO) with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works

（9）Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project, to ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings. Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by contractor to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.

（11）Can do drafting as assigned by immediate supervisor, inspection and other work assigned from time to time.

（4）To manage projects by supervising and coordinating the site activities. Coordinate daily manpower allocation, ensure work activities are conducted properly, in accordance to construction / shop drawings.

（5）Monitoring of work progress, attending project meetings, liaising with clients and consultants.

（6） Assist project HQ in carrying out all shop drawings and method statements submission.

（7）Ensures the timely preparation of project progress reports related to architectural and fit-out works, inspection records, handover records, defects list etc.

（8）Record all defects of works, ensure proper documentation for all variation orders and others.

（9）Ability to complete and hand over projects within timeline and achieve quality finishing

（10） To make pro-active response on site problems and resolved immediately with the Project team members
