In this role, you will be involved in evaluation, testing and implementation of IT infrastructure systems to support PSI business processes and operations.

You will:  

• Maintain, upgrade and improve company IT infrastructure systems and networks
• Design new computer systems and frameworks
• Manage the set-up and configuration of IT infrastructure systems including Azure/MS 365/Microsoft Exchange/ MS Teams and its integrations
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, troubleshoot reported errors
• Optimize and maintain LAN and WAN
• Optimize and maintain backup and restore processes
• Install, configure and maintain server (HP/HPE) and network (Cisco) hardware
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Create IT guidelines and manuals
• Deliver trainings on IT infrastructure system processes

♦ Close supervision, Management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality

♦ Manage, vendors, contractors and Sub Con for progression of work

♦ Responsible for all the site implementation and completion towards management target, client’s expectation and compliance to authorities' regulations.

♦ Responsible for the project quality and safety plan.

♦ Liaise with consultant and contractor for Green Mark certification processes

♦ Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on project.

♦ Coordinating with authorities, clients, consultants and subcontractors on all project aspects.

♦ Work closely with Engineering team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite

The ASRS Operation Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, and supporting system upgrades and modifications to meet operational requirements. Taking up the role of Team leader of the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Operate ASRS equipment, including automated cranes, conveyors, and control systems, to perform material handling tasks such as loading, unloading, and storing goods in designated locations.
• Follow maintenance schedules and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on ASRS equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues affecting ASRS equipment performance, using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Conduct repairs and replacements of defective components or parts, such as motors, sensors, actuators, bearings, and PLC modules, to restore equipment functionality.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors or service providers for technical support, spare parts procurement, and warranty/contract repairs as needed.
• Assist Maintenance Team in implement software updates, firmware upgrades, and system modifications to enhance ASRS performance, reliability, and safety.
• Monitor system operation through computerized interfaces or control panels, and respond promptly to alarms, error messages, or abnormal conditions.
• Ensure smooth operation with the aid of warehouse control system (WCS) and Humane Machine Interface (HMI).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies by following proper lockout/tagout procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhering to safety protocols during maintenance activities.
• Document maintenance activities, repair logs, equipment histories, and spare parts inventory using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other digital record-keeping tools.
• Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance personnel on ASRS operation, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for system upgrades, capacity expansion projects, or process improvements related to ASRS operations.
• Shift schedule planning, arrangement, and execution.
• Managing inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and space utilization within the warehouse or distribution center environment. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure timely inventory transactions, cycle counts, and adjustments to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in mechatronics, automation, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of automated material handling systems, such as ASRS, conveyor systems, robotics, or similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, HMI interfaces, and industrial control systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, and respond to emergency calls as needed.

OVERVIEW 

As a Broadcast Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and optimal performance of all broadcast equipment and systems. Your role will involve maintaining high technical standards to guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted transmission of our originated channels. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all systems are fully operational, facilitating smooth broadcasting and minimal downtime. You will be the backbone of our broadcast operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently across CNBC Asia Pacific’s platforms. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of broadcast equipment and contribute to new installation projects. 

• Lead assigned engineering projects, managing the planning, design, and implementation phases. 

• Maintain and update system and infrastructure diagrams to ensure they reflect any changes to the facility or infrastructure. 

• Ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation of CNBC Asia Pacific’s originated channels. 

• Maintain and ensure the full operational functionality of production systems to support scheduled production activities. 

• Ensure post-production systems remain fully operational to meet post-production schedule. 

• Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption to broadcast operations. 

• Perform routine and critical maintenance on on-air transmission equipment, studio equipment, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), air conditioning and computers, ensuring timely and efficient service. 

• Perform front line maintenance for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, including air conditioning and UPS systems. 

• Liaise with external suppliers, manufacturers and third-party service providers as required to source fixes for any identified gaps. 

• Provide proactive, engaged technical support to the Engineering team and ensure all systems remain up-to-date and functional.
