• Fresh Graduate from Polytechnic, Diploma or higher in Telecommunications, ICT, Networking and IT related discipline.
• Interested in field services work at customer's site.
• Keen interest to learn and pick up knowledge of various common commercial brands of network related hardware (eg. CISCO, Ubiquiti, ASUS, etc)
• Keen Interest to pick up fibre network setup
• Keen Interest to pick up VOIP, SIP services
• Keen Interest to pick up Firewall, L2, VPN, and other network solution
• Self-starter to deliver the desired customer service experience
• Ability to work alone without minimum supervision
• Ability to work on standby shift duties (on emergency call service)
