Job Responsibilities

• To improve, implement and maintain factory-wide QA/QC documentation and programmes in compliance with the company’s GMP SOP to ensure materials, components, finished products and reporting are conform to customers’ requirements and industry standards

• To assist HOD in coordinating and implementing QA/QC daily activities, and ensure that the quality of products conformed to product specifications and customers’ requirements.

• Implement Strict QC SOPs, ensure all packer at production floor are adequately trained and competent to execute their responsibilities effectively in their respective work areas

• To perform bulk inspection on incoming products and review on the product certificate of analysis based on the registered specification.

• Maintain accurate records, organize and maintain the filing system for all company documents, ensuring easy retrieval when needed, ensure that all documents are current, properly formatted, and accessible to relevant personnel

• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

• To liaise with third parties on matters related to the company’s GMP production facilities, machineries maintenance, certifications renewal, audits, customer feedback and product complaints. The third parties shall include certification body, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and authorities.

• Assist in various production support functions as required by management from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Science, Business or related discipline

As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. You will be required to summarize lab analysis results at the electrical and physical level to identify root cause and establish an associated containment plan. In this role, you will have the opportunities to collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to evaluate and review Corrective Actions /Preventive Actions. You will provide documentation of the RMA findings and oversee the final customer report till closure. Responsibilities and Tasks

Perform Failure Analysis of Customer Returns

• Understand customer complaint of the memory component failure
• Initiate communication with Micron Customer-facing team for further details on customer complaint, requesting additional questions to provide best opportunity for successful analysis
• Perform bench level analysis including initial data image analyis/examination
• Perform Automated Test Equipment (ATE) analysis and interpret results

• Identify potential risk to external customers

Sustain Knowledge of Device Capabilities and Characteristics

Qualifications and Experience

This role involves the design and implementation of test architectures for AI chip designs, ensuring efficient and reliable testing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating DFT circuits, performing simulations, developing test vectors, and supporting yield improvement and fault analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• DFT Architecture Design: Lead the design of DFT architecture at the chip level, implementing testing circuits such as Scan, Mbit, Memory repair, and Bscan.
• DFT Circuit Design and Insertion: Implement DFT circuits and integrate them into the chip, ensuring proper timing constraints for DFT mode convergence.
• Functional Verification: Perform functional verification, pre-simulation, post-simulation, and power simulation of DFT circuits. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during testing.
• Test Vector Development: Develop high-coverage, low-cost test vectors and validate them through simulation and timing analysis.
