Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor of Science or Engineering qualification.
• Proven experience (minimum two years) of managing quality management systems within a multi-discipline testing, inspection and certification environment, preferably multi-location.
• Demonstrable experience auditing against ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17065.
• Sound knowledge of equipment calibration and analysing proficiency test data.
• Knowledgeable in uncertainty of measurement and risk assessment and hands-on experience with Element e-QMS preferable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality checks for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products, ensuring adherence to inspection criteria, quality plans, and finishing work per method statements.
• Work with QA, Process, Engineering, and Product teams to address quality issues, perform audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and control supplier quality standards, ensuring compliance with required specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports, coordinate site visits, and liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and Authorities for certifications.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a Product Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, 45001) is a plus.

· Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing quality control activities

• Manage end-to-end quality control of incoming raw material, in-process monitoring and final inspection of outgoing products involving organoleptic, physical, chemical and microbiological analysis

• Conducts drinking water quality inspection and test monitoring from water treatment process to bottling process

• Conducts daily hygiene and factory housekeeping inspection including production floor, raw material storage and warehouse facility

• Maintains laboratory inventory, equipment tool calibration and maintenance • Perform monthly verification of pest control inspection and documentation

• Handle all new applications and renewal of quality standard certification in compliance to SFA (Singapore Food Agency), FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, HACCP and Halal

• Able to conduct internal factory audits, annual ISO certification, surveillance audits and customer related inspections

• Handles external laboratory testing of source water and product drinking water in compliance to SFA standards

• Manage and investigate product complaints by customers and ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements

• Manage risk-management procedures and report recurring issues to management and product development

• Oversees quality management compliance, customer quality index and quality control operations

• Conducts annual management review on quality system involving quality performance index, plans and improvements

Requirement:

• Proven working experience as a QC / QA in Food Factory for minimum of 3 years

• Diploma / Degree preferred. Advantage for candidates with Certifications such as Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate and Six Sigma
