This is an exciting opportunity for you to be an integral part of the Quality Management department to optimise patient care and outcome.

The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department initiatives within the hospital. This role involves the coordination and maintenance of accurate records, meetings, and supporting the implementation of quality management projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Documentation Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to quality management.
• Organize and file documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Data Entry and Analysis Support:

• Assist in data entry for quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Generate basic reports and assist in data analysis under senior staff guidance.

Meeting Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Quality Management team.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute relevant materials.

Communication and Correspondence:

• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders including team members, other departments, external healthcare institutions, among others.
• Draft routine correspondence and respond to inquiries as directed.

Assist in Quality Projects:

• Support the implementation of quality management projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma.
• At least 2 years working experience.
• Good speaking and writing skills
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Words etc.)
• Self-disciplined, motivated, self-starter, Meticulous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Description..

• Ensure all packing workers are performed their jobs according to the written work instructions.
• To place packaging materials from the store by based on the packing plan.
• Verify and monitor the work done by Group Leaders and Inspectors.
• To handle and follow up on the problems forwarded by Group Leaders.
• Checked and reviewed all checklist and reports by Group Leader and below by timely basis.
• Assist final packing area.
• To provide on the job training to the Packers, Inspectors, Group Leaders other support operators.
• To ensure packing procedure and packing method are implemented and practiced.
• Ensure storage, packaging, online and final packing area are clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure the product is stored, labeled and segregated at designated area.
• Ensure worker is handle products in correct manner and not causing any damage or contamination onto the products.
• Inform to Executive/Engineer or Manager for any equipment need to be repair, service or calibrate.
• To conduct appraisal for the worker during probationer period.
• Any other task that may be assigned.
• Help packing at warehouse.
• Performance the QAQC task in the warehouse.
• Paying attention to detail, especially when it come to quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Development (R&D):

Lead and oversee the company's R&D initiatives to develop innovative products and solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of R&D goals with business objectives.

Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to maintain the company's competitive edge.

Prepare and manage budgets for R&D projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Quality Management:

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS) in compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.

Manage and resolve product quality issues, ensuring prompt corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Train employees on quality protocols and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Regulatory Affairs:

Ensure the company’s products comply with all relevant local, regional, and international regulatory requirements.

Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including product registration, certifications, and renewals.

Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and authorities, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely approvals.

Keep the organization updated on changes in regulatory policies and standards, adapting company processes as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive records of quality and regulatory processes, audits, and certifications.

Generate detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders on quality and regulatory performance.

Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure product quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Support cross-departmental training on regulatory and quality matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FDA, CE, or CFDA, and quality standards like ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in regulatory documentation and quality management software is a plus.

Quality Controller (QC) contributes to the production operations by executing general manufacturing and packaging tasks to ensure that manufactured and quality checked products are packed and ready for delivery.

Job Description

• Ensure that the quality of all finished products are in alignment with the management’s / ISO standards as well as the QC checklist
• Maintain integrity, accuracy and completeness of QC data and records.
• Ensure the Operations Officer receives all void products in a timely manner.
• Ensure that workstations are neat, clean, tidy and in accordance to packing SOPs.
• Ensure that products are prepared, cut and packed in accordance to company’s specifications and quality.
• Ensure that all residues are thoroughly removed from the products without damaging its condition & quality.
• Ensure that quality and quantity of the products are met at all times

Requirements

• Minimally GCE 'N' Levels
• 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector
• Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks

Quality Technician (Jurong Island)

Responsibilities

• Support production shift team with sample testing
• Cleaning and preparation of sampling apparatus, Ampule, gel bottles and other laboratory glassware.
• Prepare reagent and standard sample for analytical equipment.
• Report abnormalities and support troubleshooting of equipment.
• Review and revise for QC process flow, control plan and SOP of analytical such as non-prime product, process problems and complain.
• Investigate root cause and take corrective action plan.
• Planning for analytical process modification and analytical process change.

Requirements

• Min NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering field or other relevant certificates
• Possess Analytical knowledge and Skills such as gas chromatography, gel permeation chromatography, Fourier infrared analysis, gel analysis, Karl Fischer’s method and titration method) are preferred
• Highly motivated, a team player, with the ability to multitask and project management skills
• Understand quality policy and basic rule.
