Areas of Work :
• Perform programme/component design, coding, configuration, testing and other related tasks during software development (progressively moving towards Microservices, DevOps, Cloud-native technologies)

Requirements:
• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of medium to large, complex applications
• Strong working knowledge of various technology platforms and practices, including, but not limited to, Microsoft .NET technologies, service-oriented architecture, and software development best practices

• Experience in programming in C#, Javascript and Angular Knowledge in writing scripts (PowerShell) for application automation
• Experience in Test Driven Development, Agile software development processes and experience in mocking frameworks
• Strong analytical skills, able to independently derive high-level technical designs via the analysis of business requirements
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technology solutions to various audiences

The following experience will be an advantage:

• Experience in the development, implementation and support of microservices and Web API in .NET environment

Annual Package
• From $62,000 to $100,750 (Including IT allowance. Remuneration will commensurate with candidates' years of experience.)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Oversee building and data centre facilities: recording and reporting on the BMS / EMS / Fire D&P / Chiller / Electrical etc
• Administrator for preventative maintenance programs to ensure that equipment are properly serviced & maintained
• Maintain good documentation of facilities and / or equipment maintenance
• Prepare monthly SLA reports for equipment uptime, power usage & temperature readings
• Respond to emergency situation and be on 24x7 standby duty
• Prepared to be on 24x7 standby recall to provide extra manpower coverage when necessary
• Oversee new data centre projects as well as renovation and maintenance to existing space
• Responsible to handle site inspections / audits by external authority (eg. HDB/LTA/NEA/FSB)
• Scheduling and tracking of servicing jobs and vendor management on a day to day basis
• Maintain high customer service level standards
• Managed all facilities contracts

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Building / Facility Management or any other related field
• Min. 1 year relevant experience in Data Centre facility management and vendor management
• Good knowledge in building technology, mechanical and electrical services and facilities management

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide second-level support for network security devices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPN concentrators, and other security appliances.

· Respond to security incidents and alerts, investigating and mitigating security breaches and threats. Collaborate with the incident response team to ensure timely resolution.

· Configure and maintain network security devices to align with industry best practices and security policies. Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's network infrastructure.

· Monitor firewall rules and access control lists (ACLs), reviewing and updating them to permit authorized traffic and block potential threats.

· Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and work with the network and system teams to remediate identified security vulnerabilities.

· Assist in security audits and compliance assessments, ensuring adherence to relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.

· Monitor network traffic for security events and anomalies using security information and event management (SIEM) tools.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network security configurations, procedures, and incident reports.

· Promote security awareness among end-users and provide guidance on best security practices.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and IT support teams, to address security-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· Proven experience as a Network Security Engineer or in a similar network security role.

· In-depth knowledge of network security concepts, technologies, and protocols.

· Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, antivirus, and SIEM.

· Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).

· Understanding of network and routing protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).

· Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) is a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex security issues.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

· Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and respond to security incidents promptly.

· Relevant certifications such as CCNP (Enterprise), HCIA, NSE4, FCP, PCNSA, CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent is advantageous.

· CATO experience is preferred.
