PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

SQP oversees critical and non critical supplier mainly mechanical parts in. SQP is responsible in leading before and after FAS (First Article Submission) qualify and monitor quality performance of new / existing suppliers and ensure uninterrupted supplies of materials and services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and Drive First Article Submission for new and existing supplier

Supplier Quality Professional develop Quality plan such as Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Manufacturing Process Plan (MPP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) to new supplier. Perform supplier audits such as QMS, Process and HSE. This will involve visit/audit and assessing their capability and FAI. SQP shall work with Sourcing and Engineering, to engage and educate suppliers/sub-contractors.

2. Lead quality performance review

Worked closely with suppliers, to monitor conduct audit for vendor performance. Conduct in process audit and drive for closure of audit findings and continuous improvement and reduction of COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality). 3. Supplier Development.

SQP shall drive for vendor development, identify and develop new special process to meet turnkey objective and reduce leadtime of supplier.

4. Analyse supply market.

SQP shall propose and execute creative ways to improve supplier process which creates financial value to the organization.

5. Maintain good relationship with stake holders and customer/s

SQP maintain good relationship with stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering and Quality. Work with cross functional teams in resolution of process and quality issues related to design, application and manufacturing process. 6. Develop Product Quality Control Plan

SQP shall also be in charge in developing Quality Control Plan according to the requirements of the customer. He/She shall ensure that required processes and documentations and surveillance points are identified in the QCP. He/She shall liase closely with the customer during development of the new QCP and revision of the existing QCP and its approval (internal and Customer).

7. Customer /Third Party Inspection coordinator

SQP shall manage Customer and Third Party inspection of products/parts. He/She shall ensure that each Quality Control Plan activity which requires surveillance points are monitored and conducted accordingly. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for QMS document control, including document implementation, distribution, retrieval, obsolescence, archiving and maintaining the QMS document master list, obsolete list, distribution list, training matrix etc.
• Responsible for reviewing contents of QMS documents to comply to QMS document requirements
• Assist in conducting line audits to ensure operations and quality control adhere to the controlled WI/PWI/EWI and inspection criteria
• Ensures timely completion of DHR records in compliance with GDP/data integrity requirements
• Conducts New Employee Induction training on QMS awareness and document and records control requirements
• Responsible for calibration activities, including measurement equipment numbering assignment, updating of calibration master list, liaising with calibration suppliers for measurement equipment calibration. Review and maintain calibration certificates, tracks equipment identification and calibration status and manage the updates of for reference or out of service equipment as well as equipment list update etc.
• Support internal audit, external audit, and customer audit, responsible for working with relevant department on document preparation and review of documents for audits
• Supports quality department document (procedure, WI/EWI/PWI, forms) drafting, updating and review
• Responsible for routine 5S checks and identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Any other duties as assigned on an as-needed basis

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in relevant subject area and 1-2 years’ experience in QMS role in a medical device company

What you’ll do

• Manage clinical quality reporting staff through end-to-end clinical quality data ingestion/exchange, storage/maintenance, security, project management, strategic planning, reporting, and analyses.
• Oversee quality and integrity of processes, data, and systems by serving as a subject matter expert on health information technology systems.
• Develop, maintain, and govern an accurate and complete directory of available clinical quality data, resources, reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Collaborate across the organization to monitor and maintain the plan’s compliance with MOH standards and alternative payment model contractual arrangements.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with providers, MOH, health information networks, vendors, and internal population health stakeholders to ensure health data is accurate and complete and outcomes are met related to quality.
• Responsible for team that conducts in-depth analyses to identify gaps in care across all lines of business to assist care coordinators in provider and member outreach for quality improvement.

• Oversee training, processes, and access related to patient records, supplemental data, measures, supporting applications, and educational materials.
• Provide continuous monitoring and goal setting for clinical quality measures and supplemental data to assist in population health initiatives and improved quality metric performance.
• Participate in regular quality meetings with organizational leadership to evaluate metrics and identify and remove barriers to improving quality metrics across all lines of business.

What you need

• Requires proven leadership skills and experience.
