Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

· Good Knowledge and experience with HVAC and safety systems

· Able to review HVAC and safety system design by vendors

· To create shop drawings based on client given information, specifications, calculations and drawing to incorporating all details of shop drawings.

· Make the drawings in keeping with company standards.

· To provide MTO based on drawing details

· Able to read P&ID drawings, update as-built (e.g., redline)

· Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary.

· Must be able to work in an environment with schedules and priorities

· Hands on knowledge on AutoCAD is essential.

· Knowledge and experience with SpoolGen set up for project

· Familiar with piping material

· Able to do HVAC design

· Good in Excel will be advantage

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Experience on HVAC and fire safety system

· Experience on AutoCAD/SpoolGen

Job Related Information

· Permanent - 5.5 days’ work week | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-12pm

· Office Location: Gul Road| Western part of Singapore

Responsibilities:

The Production Engineer (HSE) is responsible for Daily Operations and Projects Safety, the Lead to reviewed, improvement and compliance to all Safety regulations and requirement. Manage the Operations Risk Assessment and ensure occupational Safety

• Lead daily operation as an HSE Production Engineer to ensure Safety in both daily operation and construction projects at site.
• Lead HSE aspect of operation in risk assessment, Hazop study for new modification projects, changes to operating procedures, site construction activities.
• Review and make list of high-risk activities in the process operation based on Hazop study, have regular meeting with production manager and make plan to improve safety level in such areas of operation.
• Coordinate closely with day production & logistics members for HSE aspect of process operation and ensure safe work procedures are followed.
• Study and review all the safety observation feedback and prioritize based on level of risk to follow up through MOC process. Ensure improvement items are followed by keeping records and timeline.
• Work together with project engineers, production members and maintenance coordinator to ensure safety related projects are followed and implemented in a timely manner.
• Review the emergency and disaster prevention procedures to ensure procedures stay relevant to current operation and up to date.
• Lead and enhance any other HSE related improvement projects/activities.
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors.
