Responsibilities
· Implement advanced monitoring systems to ensure product quality and optimize yield.
· Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall product quality.
· Lead initiatives to integrate and improve abnormal quality issues within the manufacturing process.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and preventive measures.
· Drive initiatives to improve internal quality control procedures and enhance overall process capability.
· Implement best practices to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.
· Take the lead in addressing and improving customer-reported quality issues.
· Compile comprehensive reports for stakeholders, detailing corrective actions and preventive measures.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
· Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
· Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
· Available to travel and be based at company’s factory sites at least 12 months for the year.
