Objectives of the position:

This role is for the validation of Customer technical requirements by means of inspection of In-coming goods and release lots in SAP with defined usage decisions. Understanding of each testing standards and be able to communicate the requirements to respective parties including suppliers. Establish test specification to be followed by suppliers. Corrective and preventive action process with supplier with CAR logging and follow-up for effective closure of complaints and issues related to product quality.

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the validation of Customer technical requirements by means of inspection of In-coming goods and release lots in SAP with defined usage decisions. Testing of ISIR samples (type test) for product approval process (power, control & data cable) with compliance to company standards and verify compliance to the international cable standards e.g. EN / IEC requirements. Understanding of each testing standards and be able to communicate the requirements to respective parties including suppliers. Establish test specification to be followed by suppliers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Validate product quality conformance by conducting In-coming inspection and type testing for cable & accessories, include updating into SAP.

You will be a specialist in the application of the full suite of auditing standards issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) and ethical standards issued by the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA). You will help to ensure the highest levels of quality and compliance in the firm, through the development of audit policies, procedures, and methodology, participation in quality reviews, and consultations with the audit practice.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the Firm’s technical team in reviewing audit policies and procedures in response to professional auditing and ethical standards.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of the firm’s system of quality management.
• Develop audit support content in CaseWare and offline auditing templates to support compliance with professional auditing and ethical standards.
• Provide audit technical support, including CaseWare-related matters, to the audit practice by way of formal and informal consultations to support high quality audits.
• Support professional learning and development in the areas of audit methodology, ethics, as well as the use of CaseWare and other audit tools.
• Provide coaching to engagement teams to improve the quality of the audit file, and identify opportunities for audit improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the full suite of auditing standards issued by IAASB, and ethical standards issued by IESBA.
• Experience in the use of CaseWare, IDEA, and CaseWare Financials
• At least 3 years of audit experience, preferably with large/ medium size public auditing firms

• Providing IT technical and administrative support for a variety of company software application and company hardware including setup & troubleshooting

• Providing technical support in pre- and post-implementation and maintenance for existing systems and IT related projects

• Conducting training to staffs when required

• Continuously analysing, identifying & executing value creation opportunities for our Integrated IT system

• Working closely with relevant stakeholder for IT related improvement and issues

• Basic knowledge in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration

• Server and infrastructure knowledge

• Working on Ad hoc projects and other IT related matters

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT work experience.

• Possess knowledge and Experience in IT infrastructure such as ERP system optimisation, managing ERP enhancement requirements, servers etc

• Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Products with emphasis on Windows and Office programs

• Able to multi-task and have good time management skills

• Able to develop a good working relationship with all levels of users

• Able to work independently and self-directed

Job Summary

This role responsible for inventory management and inventory control in Accounting System and Warehouse.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Company’s inventory management and maintenance.

2. Responsible for monitoring stock movements and maintenance at third party locations.

3. Responsible for managing the physical loading, unloading, storage of inventory and picking / packing when required.

4. Ensure compliance with inventory control processes with respect to movement of stock, item planning and control, re-order level, monitoring of non-moving items, timely discarding of approved scrap items.

5. Responsible for appropriate classification, segregation and maintenance of stock in designated areas.

6. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained, referenced and filed.

7. Ensure compliance with inventory related updating in Accounting System.

8. Responsible for periodic stock taking, updating and reporting to all stakeholders.

9. Ensure proper co-ordination and communication with teams across all Company locations.

10. Responsible for timely identification of inventory variances, reporting and maintenance of records for variances.

11. Responsible for introducing appropriate procedures for control lapse if any.

12. Responsible for daily & monthly MIS reports to the stakeholders on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.

13. Responsible for safe handling of inventory.

14. Additional duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

-Min Diploma or Degree

-Min 1 year working experience in related field

-prior experience in inventory management would be at advantage but not a must

-Possess knowledge of Microsoft excel

• Prepare and manage full set of accounts.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and ensure the books are properly kept in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage accurate accounting data maintained in accounting system and provide detailed commentary of variance analysis.
• Prepare and file GST Returns.
• Communicates effectively and executes assigned tasks.
• Assists in ad-hoc projects or duties when necessary.
